То что не было окна , было грязно , в букинге одни фото в Реале не соответствует ушатанный отель не стоит таких денег

满意的是位置距离海边挺近的

卫生极差，房间无窗潮湿不透气，设施老旧，感觉很久没人住过，放完行李出去一趟回来再开门，一直打不开门，两个人轮流试了好几次，都打不开，邪门的事是我敲了三下门就打开了！然后才进门就有只超级大的黑色蟑螂爬到我老公的脚，他被吓到了，最后我们把这只蟑螂打死了，不一会儿又有另一个大蟑螂从床头爬出来，所以这家卫生质量堪忧，价格一点儿不便宜，是我们在岘港8天住的最差又鬼的一家

Cons:

Từ trước tới giờ dù hài lòng hay không đều không bao giờ đánh giá chỗ nghỉ vì còn là miếng cơm manh áo của khách sạn. Nhưng thật sự lần này quá bức xúc nên phải đánh giá.
Đặt phòng trên booking, chốt giá ok.
Đưa lên nhận phòng mình thấy hôi + khai
Con mình đi chân trần nhảy lên giường,mình góp ý bảo đổi phòng thì bảo ko có phòng để em xịt phòng cho chị. Vc mình ko chịu nổi kêu đổi phòng khác thêm tiền cũng được. Dẫn mình lên đổi phòng rộng hơn mình bảo ok, thêm bao nhiêu tiền thì lễ tân báo 150k
Mình hỏi lại 3 lần là 150k/3 đêm tức là thêm 50k/đêm hả em
Nv bảo vâng. Và đòi mình phí 100k tiền dọn phòng vì con mình nhảy lên giường. Mình ok vì lúc ý đã quá mệt + book phòng rồi. Mình đi lên lấy cccd đưa cho thì nói “ chị có biết vì sao phòng có mùi khai ko, nãy em vào nhà tắm thấy có bãi nước “ mình bảo ok em muốn đổ lỗi thế nào cũng đc.
Đến khi thanh toán thì tính 450k/3 đêm, mình ngớ người. Mình hỏi ngay từ đầu chị hỏi 150k/3 đêm à em bảo vâng, giờ lại bảo 150k/đêm và nhất quyết thu của mình 450k nữa.
Vợ chồng anh chị quản lí thì khá nice, còn bạn nv ca đêm mình rất ko hài lòng. Còn nói tại lúc chị nhận phòng chị ko gọi em lên cùng nên em ko làm chứng gì cả.
Chuyến đi Đà Nẵng tệ nhất từ trước đến giờ. Mọi người dùng dịch vụ gì hay đụng đến cái gì nên hỏi trước xem có mất tiền ko nhé.
