¡Una maravillosa y acogedora estadía!

Me encantó todo, desde las instalaciones hasta el maravilloso trato del personal. Disfrutamos de la piscina, super limpia y acogedora. Todo funcionaba en la habitación, incluyendo el agua caliente - super deliciosa -, el SmartTV, el aire acondicionado y la cafetera.

El desayuno fue delicioso y suficiente. ¡Tienen que probar su delicioso jugo de naranja!.

Agradezco que el joven de recepción del horario nocturno fuera tan amable y nos ayudó consiguiendonos un cargador para nuestros celulares ya que lo olvidamos en casa.

Me hospedé en este lugar junto a mi familia; éramos 8 personas. La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones muy limpias y cómodas.

La atención del personal que nos recibió fue extremadamente amable y atenta, al igual que la persona que estuvo al día siguiente. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y además nos dieron un cóctel de bienvenida único, un detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial.

¡Súper recomendado!

Це дійсно гарний 😍 та спокійний готель..
Шкода, що в цей період був закритий басейн на терасі.

Cons:

Ми не змогли повечеряти у готелі, для ввечері нічого не було окрім снеків. Прийшлося їхати вечеряти поза готелем.

Needed a one night stop where there was food for dinner and breakfast so I didn’t have to go out

For breakfast you could make a selection from a menu. I also eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good.

Cons:

I have no complaints about this place. It was quiet, secure, comfortable, the staff were helpful and the food was good.

DIsappointing

Large and beautiful halls, with sofas and armchairs
The room is equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Cons:

I booked 2 deluxe rooms and only got 1 deluxe room and a normal one. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but upon arrival we were informed that the pool was closed.
The rooms are only cleaned upon request, the same goes for toilet paper, it is only brought upon request. In room 202 the shower holder and shampoo dispenser were broken, there was no hot water in the sink. toilet seat not fixed properly .
I repaired the shower support myself.
There were no cable channels on the TV, only internet to watch Youtube or Netflix (if you have a Proriy subscription), but the internet signal was weak and with many interruptions.
The staff at the reception and restaurant do not speak English. The restaurant menu is very poor and expensive.
One day there was an infernal noise of pikameres and we had to leave the hotel

Be aware of invisible (not marked with any sticker) glass door entrance at night. We smashed our heads twice to the blood. Although there was a nice guy who helped with a bandage, but reception lady was unimpressed and did nothing.
