Pros:

Colazione variata, tutto freschissimo, accogliente saletta da pranzo, anche se buia e seminterrata.
Bagno adeguato.

Cons:

Scarsa manutenzione, tipica delle strutture economiche: tenda non si apre/chiude; frigo collegato, ma non funzionante, una delle due strettissime porte (meno di 30 cm) della mini doccia non si apre in alcun modo... io son magretto e mi infilo dentro comunque, ma chi altro ci entrerebbe? E poi clima rumoroso; per cui soengo e apro finestra. Avevo chiesto stanza silenziosa, giustamente (pensavo) mi danno affaccio su cortile interno. E invece c'è sotto una specie di ciminiera, forse dell'impianto di climatizzazione proprio o del palazzone attiguo, che sembra quella di un transatlantico del secolo scorso, attacca e stacca con un bel rumore che passa attraverso il doppio vetro e gli scuri.
Per finire, quando stavo uscendo arrivano tre giovani uomini d'affari che hanno prenotato e pagato una stanza grande con balcone , oppure una suite, ma questo tipo di stanza non esiste nella struttura.

Vi soggiornai circa una decina di anni fa e ne avevo un ricordo positivo, tant'è che l'ho scelto nuovamente per il mio soggiorno. Sono rimasta malissimo. E' peggiorato e di molto. Lo staff si è dato da fare in tutti i modi per risolvere le numerose difficoltà e per questo lo ringrazio. Ma non vi farò più ritorno. Peccato perché la posizione è molto centrale.

Für einen Stadtbesuch empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage bewerten wir mit sehr gut. Die gesamte Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Hotel ist schon älter, daher ein paar Abnutzungserscheinungen. Aber alles sehr sauber.
Für das nahegelegene Parkhaus erhielten wir einen 15% Rabattgutschein. Danke nochmal dafür. Die Anreise gestaltete sich auf Grund der stundenweise gesperrten Straßen als schwierig. Wir hoffen, dass wir es ohne Strafzettel geschafft haben.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ausreichend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich.
