Cheap and comfortable budget hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff are incredible. Ly on the front desk was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. The ladies who cook breakfast and look after the rooms were lovely. The bed was comfortable and big. We needed an extra pillow and they supplied it no problem. The room was large with a lovely balcony looking at the mountains. The price was amazing and included a basic breakfast.

Cons:

It was a little noisy but ear plugs at night helped with that. There was road works being done but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Definitely a convenient base for exploring Hanoi.
Pros:

The location was a big plus for us. Most of the places we wanted to visit were nearby, so getting around was quick and easy. We spent much less time traveling between attractions and had more time to enjoy the city.
