One morning we woke up above the clouds. It felt like something out of a travel magazine.
The front desk team was always happy to help, whether we needed directions or restaurant suggestions.
I had a very good stay at Le Boutique Sapa Hotel.
I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time because I came on an overnight sleeper bus. The hotel kindly allowed me to store my luggage, use the washroom, and head straight to my trekking tour before checking in later that day. I really appreciated this flexibility.
The room was clean, and the bed and linens were fresh and comfortable. I stayed on the 4th floor, which had a nice view of the surrounding area. The only minor issue was that the wardrobe looked quite old and had a musty smell, so I chose not to use it.
The staff were excellent throughout my stay. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. Before I left Sapa, I joined another tour, and they were once again flexible with my luggage and timing. They also helped me arrange my return sleeper bus, which made my departure much smoother. The housekeeping staff were equally thoughtful, since I preferred not to have my room cleaned during my stay, they simply provided fresh towels instead.
Overall, this hotel offers genuine hospitality and excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay convenient from arrival to departure. I would happily stay here again.
