Pros:

Fine nok værelser, med behagelige senge
Sødt personale, som var meget hjælpsomme

Cons:

Lidt meget larm ude fra vejen + blev vækket af hanen et par dage i løbet af natten.
Små Imperfections, flere steder i lejligheden, som en skæv/knækket vask og plettet håndklæder.

Jenny was extremely helpful if you need anything contact her directly
the staff in the reception are not good at English

Cons:

The bathroom was leaking which they fixed upon telling, then they didn't clean the room but everything was catered to upon telling

Pros:

The classic old building had a nice feel. Great view from our balcony on the 4th floor.

Cons:

No elevator so needed to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Although the gorgeous staircase made up for it.
The lady at check-in and check-out was very helpful and spoke good English. She works very long hours but is always smiling and happy to help.

Wielkie wygodne łóżko w ciekawie zaaranżowanym pokoju. Dwa balkoniki z wikokiem na góry i miasto. Miła i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Rozczarowałem się wietnamskim ramenem - zupa z makaronem zalana wodą, ale za to dodane dodatki. Reszta śniadania spoko.

לא היה לנו מים חמים במקלחת והיו נותנים לנו מגבות מלוכלכות ובנוסף לזה , החלון לא נסגר כמו שצריך ולכן נכנס לנו הרבה רוח וקור …

Lovely stay in this hotel
Pros:

The room was clean, nice and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The room also had aircon which heats up the room nicely (sapa can get chilly). The breakfast was simple but good and the lady at reception was lovely and very helpful with anything we needed.
