Good location.
Pros:

Location and a decent safe area at night.

Cons:

The noise from the roosters is annoying at 5 am. Though not the hotel's fault, it is something to consider if you easily get awakened by background noise.
And the washroom is so tiny, with not much space on the toilet seat, which is very awkward. I am not even a very large guy.

Room are okay clean and comfortable. However no toothbrush, shampoo and rug available.
When we requested the receptionist said there is no stocks available.

It’s great if you’re on a budget. the place is just for sleeping, nothing more.

Cons:

The floor of the room is very dirty, especially the floor mat. The bed was very comfortable, however, the bedsheets and pillowcases had stains. room was too tight, it wasn’t the same as shown in the photo.

Location was good around 10 mins walk from the shopping mall
local pub just 5 mins walk distance with karaoke and local drinks and food.

Cons:

Shower pressure might a bit stronger and also toilet pipe really tight
