Victoria Hotel Great Location and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The location was great. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower looked new and had constant hot water. The fridge was also new.

The owner was very helpful and gave up water and snacks for our bus journey to Cat Ba.

Cons:

The fact that Booking.com makes it look like you have paid before you arrive, but you haven't. The hotel only takes cash, because if you pay by credit card they pass the fees onto you. It's not the hotels fault.

The smell in the bathroom is really bad, if it is the drains then it's not the hotels fault.

You have to ask them to empty the bins - this should be done everyday.

They could do a little more cleaning.

Die Lage ist perfekt, Betten bequem und das Bad ist auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich kaum als solches zu erkennen. Es gab nichtmal einen Aufschnitt fürs Toast, lediglich Spiegelei.

Great experience and lovely staff
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights. Amazing location, clean rooms and all utilities were provided. Had bike rent and laundry service for a great price and got recommendations about the area. Lovely staff, great English and super friendly and efficient and will highly recommend to stay here while visiting Tam Coc

Magnifique.
Pros:

L’acceuil, la gentillesse, la propreté et la proximité du centre.
Nos hôtes étaient charmants et aux petits soins avec nous.
Nous avions une excursion dans la forêt avant notre départ le soir même. Nous avions redu la chambre . Ils nous ont gardé nos bagages et à notre retour ils nous ont fourni des serviettes pour nous doucher et nous changer. Avant notre départ de nuit ils nous ont offert du thé, du café et un sac avec de l’eau et des biscuits, pour notre voyage en bus .

Très bon accueil, le personnel est très agréable
Service laverie, location vélo/scooter sur place
Très bon emplacement
Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

La literie n’était pas très propre
Quelques soucis avec l’eau chaude qui ont pu être résolus néanmoins rapidement.

L emplacement central et au calme en.meme.temps. les hôtes sont charmants toujours le sourire et prêts a rendre service. On s est senti bien accueillis.on a pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour en attendant le départ on pouvait.meme prendre une douche si on voulait. Ils nous.ont meme offert de l eau des des biscuits pour notre voyage. Nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse.
