Good place in great location
Pros:

Comfortable, convenient place run by a nice couple. 5 min walk from the bus station. I rented a motorbike for a good price from them, they also have bicycles and ebikes.

Cons:

Search Google Maps directly when you arrive. The Booking.com email sent me to the wrong place at first.

Pros:

Everything. The Team was very nice and helped were they could. The breakfast was very delicious too! Its a very nice place, if you think of going to Tam coc/Ninh Binh. You can also rent a bike, they were in really good shape.

Pros:

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, ze maken zelfs voor onze busreis heerlijke broodjes om me te nemen. Er zijn (elektrische) fietsen te huur die heerlijk fietsen. Kamers zijn schoon en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Het hotel zit verscholen in een steegje, waardoor het iets moeilijker is te vinden.

Poor value for money
Pros:

The central location is good and quiet. Otherwise, I can't think of anything else positive.

Cons:

The duvet and duvet cover were left separately on the bed for us to make up ourselves. There was a pineapple in the refrigerator. There were still hairs from the previous guest in the shower. Overall, the room was run-down. Poor value for money.

Victoria Hotel Great Location and Helpful Staff
Pros:

The location was great. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower looked new and had constant hot water. The fridge was also new.

The owner was very helpful and gave up water and snacks for our bus journey to Cat Ba.

Cons:

The fact that Booking.com makes it look like you have paid before you arrive, but you haven't. The hotel only takes cash, because if you pay by credit card they pass the fees onto you. It's not the hotels fault.

The smell in the bathroom is really bad, if it is the drains then it's not the hotels fault.

You have to ask them to empty the bins - this should be done everyday.

They could do a little more cleaning.

Die Lage ist perfekt, Betten bequem und das Bad ist auch in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich kaum als solches zu erkennen. Es gab nichtmal einen Aufschnitt fürs Toast, lediglich Spiegelei.
