방 깨끗함. 성산일출봉 뷰 좋음. 체크인 절차가 간편함.

Cons:

엘리베이터 2대로 모든 객실을 커버하기 매우 어려움. 전객실이 2대의 엘리베이터에 의존해야 해서 매우 불편함. 지하주차장은 매우 협소해서 없는 셈칠 것.

Cons:

Apprendre à l'arrivée :
- pas de nettoyage car nous ne restions que 2 nuits : serviettes et bouteilles mises devant la porte de la chambre le matin
- demies serviettes : pas facile de s'essuyer avec des serviettes de si petites dimensions !
- problème d'isolation : fuite d'eau dans la chambre lié à la salle de bains -> moquette mouillée
- piscine payante alors que cette mention ne figurait pas dans le détail des équipements lors de la réservation : une des raisons pour laquelle nous avions choisi cet hôtel.
- débarrasser son petit déjeuner !

樓下有小七，很方便
也有自助星巴克販賣機

訂了四人韓式炕房
一進房間，映入眼簾的只有兩張床墊和兩床被子還有四個枕頭
去樓下要另外兩張床墊和被子，要不到
結果因為要晾浴巾打開衣櫃
才知道原來另外兩張床墊和被子再裡面

Pros:

地理位置不錯，住宿環境也很好，樓頂泳池很棒(另外付費)，眺望海景外，還有城山日出峰的美景；附近都有吃的餐廳，對面的烤肉店也很好吃。周圍可以悠閒逛逛，附近還有大型超市可以採買，早上附近走了一圈感覺不錯，住了兩晚感覺很好。

Terrible experience room in Jeju
Pros:

The room had a noticeable unpleasant smell from the moment I checked in, almost like a chemical, lacquer, or clinic-product smell. Unfortunately, the bathroom was even worse and had a very strong odor.
The front desk staff were polite enough, but communication was difficult. It often felt like they did not fully understand what I was asking and simply repeated the same response rather than trying to resolve the issue. Overall, the service did not feel like what I would expect from an experienced hospitality team.
Once you enter the room, it becomes easier to understand why the hotel is relatively inexpensive. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night unless you spent time dealing with them first.
Breakfast was also below expectations. There was nothing particularly special or delicious, and in my opinion, the overall quality was even lower than what I have experienced at some motels or guesthouses. Most of the food lacked flavor, so I ended up mainly eating some bread. I would personally recommend eating breakfast somewhere outside instead.
Overall, the stay was quite disappointing, especially in terms of room odor, bathroom cleanliness/smell, mosquitoes, breakfast quality, and communication at the front desk.

Breakfast was very good and varied. The location is excellent, if you have a car. It's close to many atractions on the island, and has several good restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

Small size of towels... room service is not every day but they change the towels and remove the trash.

Pros:

Grote kamer en erg fijne douche. Je krijgt elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en flesjes water. Je kan elke dag je kamer laten schoonmaken.

Cons:

Je moet voor het zwembad extra betalen en het duurde erg lang voordat je kon wassen, omdat er maar twee wasmachines stonden en het een erg groot hotel is.
