Location was fantastic, staff made guests feel welcome and gave assistance when needed, made my birthday feel special by delivering a cake as a surprise. Massages good on 1st floor but did not like the fact they asked for a tip I feel tips should be given not asked for. Drinks in fridge which was great and free bag of chips.

I stayed at La Selva Premium Hotel in Hanoi for five nights in March 2026, arriving on a Friday just in time to experience the vibrant weekend market. The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything and within easy walking distance of most major attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.

The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a great variety and quality that set us up well for the day.

Our room on the sixth floor was spotless and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. Being higher up also meant we were pleasantly removed from the hustle and noise of the busy streets below, which made for a more restful experience.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book La Selva Premium Hotel again if I return to Hanoi.

The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, yet the hotel still feels calm and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again.

The service staff were polite and excellent! We felt taken care of during our stay.

Location/staff

Great location in the Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem Lake, with shopping literally at your door. Far enough away from the bars and party crowd to not see or hear them but accessible if you wanted it.

We had a room on the fifth floor facing the street and stayed for 5 nights. Yes it was noisy but we got use to it quickly and if you want to have a central location, then the trade off is the car and bike horns. They usually quieten down by 10 or 11pm. The hotel staff provided ear plugs for me which helped on the first night. I loved being able to open the window and watch all the activity on the street below.

The staff were professional, friendly, informative and helpful. We organised our currency exchange at the hotel and booked a tour to Ninh Binh from reception which was a highlight of our trip (better than Halong Bay IMO).

The breakfast served on the top floor was good and the staff were happy to whip up an omelette or make a cup of tea on request. It was lovely to have so much natural light from all the windows up there and of course being able to look out to the streets below.

The Vietnamese massage on the first floor was very good. Highly recommend La.

We had some laundry done which was reasonably priced.

I could have happily stayed another 5 days!

Good location

We had a fabulous stay at LaSelva. Besides the top-notch location and the service, the staff in general is just amazing! They were all so sweet and courteous. All were so hospitable and well behaved. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend people to stay here if they come to Ha Noi.

Everyone was very helpful and welcoming from the beginning to the end. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. They offer same day laundry service at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality.
