Stilvoll wohnen mit kulinarischem Hochgenuss im Erdgeschoss
Pros:

Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe restaurierte Unterkunft mit angeschlossener Brauerei und Bistro mit vielen Köstlichkeiten und einem himmlisch gutem Frühstück.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser geht es nicht.

Our stay is quite short but we are planning to go back and book there. Very good accommodation and definitely nice staff

Perfect place to stay when you’re around Legazpi
Pros:

Very nice staff welcoming, comfortable and clean place with good facilities. Classy Filipino vibe, lovely restaurant,& craft beer place downstairs :) I hope they will maintain the place as it is :)

Memorable Bicol Stay
Pros:

Awesome experience. Lovely staff and the room was quaint but excellent.
Pros:

Very clean. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable and the blanket was thick.. perfect on a rainy night.

Cons:

Would be hard to find without navigation.

Pros:

I like the design of the building because it is really like the Spanish era. I love the vibes and their spacious, clean rooms. I also thank the staff who actually waited for our arrival even if it was already midnight. Thank you so much. ♥️

Cons:

The location because to be honest, we got lost first because the google map gave us wrong directions (it gave us the other way where we enter to their neighborhood with very narrow, and non-concrete road). We arrived at midnight so it was really a frustrating experience because we really wanted to rest from a very long roadtrip.

Pros:

The location was really convenient and it was easy to get a ride wherever I needed to go.

Cons:

No refrigerator and no microwave. The use of the word residences is deceiving because when I think of a residence I think of a place to cook and keep and reheat leftover foods.

Comfortable and affordable room with convenient access to Univ. of Santo Tomas and downtown Legazpi
Pros:

The management is exceptionally accommodating and helpful, the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the location is ideal to reach Univ. of Santo Tomas and on a jeepney route to downtown and the malls, and I loved ordering take-out and eating at picnic tables in the courtyard that also services the coffee shop and brew pub that are on the ground level. My room (Rm. 5) had a balcony doors that opened to a magnificent view of Mt. Mayon, the iconic volcano just north of Legazpi.

Cons:

When it was time to check out, I couldn’t find anyone at reception to notify that the room was vacated. I didn’t want to leave the room with the key in it, so I gave my room key to someone else staying at the hotel to return to the front office/reception. My suggestion is to post a sign in the reception area when no one will be around for awhile.
