This hotel was perfect for after our trekking holiday. Manisha and Shisir and all the other staff made us feel really welcome and at home during our stay. The staff were really accommodating when we needed to book an extra night and the rooms were very comfortable. My group can't thank Eco tree enough!

Lo mejor las personas que trabajan en el, estuve alojada 9 dias y estaba con una lesión en la rodilla, me ayudaron en todo cada día, todo lo que necesiba me ayudaron durante mi estancia y con una sonrisa constante.

What truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. A big thanks to Shisir Kshetri, Manisha, Niraj, and Binod for their warm hospitality and constant support throughout our stay. They were always attentive, polite, and ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed.
The service, comfort, and overall vibe of the hotel were excellent. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pokhara—looking forward to coming back again!

Extremely great location by the lakeside and market area. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The staff is superbly sweet and they make some excellent breakfast. The rooftop pool side is a great place to simply sit and unwind with the view of the mountains. Overall we loved our stay

It was a very good stay at Hotel Eco Tree. The staff were very friendly, especially Manisha and Niraj. The balcony had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time!
Receptionist Shisir and Manisha were excellent snd very helpful.
Multi plugs in the room were loose and not able to charge my eccessories.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Manisha, Niraj and the team went above and beyond to help with my requests, services and to arrange local transport. I enjoyed my stay so much so that I extended for a further two nights, staying one week in total. Location of the hotel was spot on, just walking distance from lakeside, local amenities and my favourite restaurant (Fresh Elements). Even though breakfast was the same everyday, the chef created variations with the potatoes and veg which kept it fresh. Spacious room, comfy bed and a hot shower also contribute to my high rating.
The gym room was very poor, the treadmill was broken and the cycle bike was in bad condition. The pool was cold and you have to pay extra to use the sauna (1000NPR /day). One of the reasons I booked this hotel was to enjoy daily use of the sauna after a long trek.
