Receptionist Shisir and Manisha were excellent snd very helpful.
Multi plugs in the room were loose and not able to charge my eccessories.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Manisha, Niraj and the team went above and beyond to help with my requests, services and to arrange local transport. I enjoyed my stay so much so that I extended for a further two nights, staying one week in total. Location of the hotel was spot on, just walking distance from lakeside, local amenities and my favourite restaurant (Fresh Elements). Even though breakfast was the same everyday, the chef created variations with the potatoes and veg which kept it fresh. Spacious room, comfy bed and a hot shower also contribute to my high rating.
The gym room was very poor, the treadmill was broken and the cycle bike was in bad condition. The pool was cold and you have to pay extra to use the sauna (1000NPR /day). One of the reasons I booked this hotel was to enjoy daily use of the sauna after a long trek.

Length of my stay too short. My fault
Breakfast was so delicious and fresh. Stuff is very kind and helpful. Nice location. Swimming pool, Gym and Sauna everything is one place. On the top of the roof mountain and lake view as well. overall I am very satisfied. I highly recommend to stay with Hotel Eco Tree Pokhara .
The hotel is in a great location and the facilities themselves are quite pleasant. The setting is nice and has potential for a great stay.
We booked the hotel mainly because of the pool, which was important for our kid. Unfortunately, it was closed for most of our stay, despite being promised it would reopen the next day.
We also asked for no housekeeping, just fresh towels and pool towels. Regular towels were replaced, but no pool towels were provided.
At checkout, we were almost charged around $20 more than our reservation. It wasn’t intentional, just a lack of professionalism — the issue was fixed after we showed our booking.
Overall, the hotel is not managed efficiently, and the experience did not meet our expectations.

The location of the hotel is in a prime area adjacent to the fewa lake. The staff are very nice, helpful and responsive. The complementary breakfast is yummy with delicious items.
Sometimes Ac doesn’t work but fixed by staff when called.
