Excellent place to stay - quiet streets, plenty to do and not too far from anywhere. Good value.
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean - I believe it was newly refurbished. The room was immaculate and the owners very friendly.
The location is great, there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred metres.
The batroom plumbing was also very good - again, probably new. Plenty of hot water both morning and evening and good pressure. The A/C worked fine and, for a change, it wasn't directed straight at the bed but across the room, giving a better atmosphere for sleeping. Nice desk for laptop use and good wifi signal.

Cons:

Slight downsides only: There was no window or balcony in my room - others may be different. Doesn't really matter but it's nice to have some daylight. No comfy seat. Nice stool and chair - both new but no cushion, a bit hard for a long session on a laptop. The bathroom is nicely finished but the floor tiles are shiny. Really needs a shower mat to prevent slipping when wet. No courtesy tray. Could do with having basic items, kettle, cups, spoon etc. I always bring my own anyway but others may not. All of these are very minor and the owners would probably accommodate if asked.

không cho mang giày dép lên phòng bắt tháo dày ở ngay quầy lễ tân, trước thời gian trả phòng cắt nước, phí dịch vụ ở boôking là 500k bao gồm cả thuế và phí vào quầy lễ tân tình thêm 85k là 585k không đáng kể nhưng cảm giác mình bị đôn giá, nước lọc uống mất tiền 5 chai uống 3 chai tính tiền 5 chai
sẽ không gé lần sau
