Pros:

Staff very smiley and helpful. Breakfast was good. WiFi worked well and in our 3 nights the room was cleaned once.

Cons:

There was a bit of a musty smell in the room and also it wasn’t a fitted bed sheet which I don’t love but that’s personal preference

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and helped arrange transportation and my cruise on Ha Long Bay.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the room had a chair and desk.

Pros:

The room was quiet and comfortable. AC was working as it should . The window was facing the street but it had rather good sound isolation (there was not that much traffic when i was there in March). I liked the breakfast, proximity to the beach and the stuff was very helpfull (communication via google translate worked fine). There are some restaurants nearby to eat and not too far to ATM etc... I cannot say anything about the tours becasue I used this place just to relax a bit , "do nothing" and plan my further trip :)

Cons:

Can't really complain on anything related to the hotel. I think it was good value for money.

Croisière à Halong
Pros:

Grande chambre climatisée, literie confortable!
L'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes de la plages.
Superbe accueil et l'hôtelier m'a aidé pour réserver ma croisière en bateau ainsi que pour ma navette retour vers Hanoï, très pratique!
Possibilité de laisser les bagages durant la journée.
