Pleasant staff and helpfull

I stayed at this hotel in Turkey and accidentally left my iPad there. Once I returned to France, the hotel asked me to make a bank transfer so they could send it back. After I paid, I never heard from them again. It’s been three weeks now, and they no longer reply to my calls or messages.

👉 The result: I lost both my iPad and the money I transferred.
👉 Their behavior is completely dishonest and unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone against booking this hotel. If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place.

Preis-Leistung passt absolut nicht. Frühstück normal, nichts Besonderes, einfach das Übliche. Die Anlage ist zwar neu, aber die Substanz haben sie schlecht hinbekommen. Am Anfang war das Personal freundlich, danach hat sich niemand mehr um uns gekümmert, weder etwas erklärt noch sonst irgendwie Aufmerksamkeit gezeigt. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es wie eine große Anlage, ist aber nur drei Einheiten mit kleinem Pool und Restaurant in der Mitte. Das Meer liegt zwar direkt gegenüber der Straße, hat aber eigentlich nichts mit der Anlage zu tun, wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Für das Geld bekommt man in der Nähe deutlich bessere Hotels.

Guelluek is a wonderful small Aegean town, very picturesque, the hotel has the BEST location in the town center, quiet in front of the sea and all restaurants are only a few walking minutes away! We will definitely be back. A special "Thank you" to Furkan, who was very helpful with our luggage and always around to help and assist. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly too! This hotel is your best choice!

Arrived late in the the evening, the area is very nice with many shops and restaurants. We were very tired so we slept in the morning without having breakfast.
The room was facing the street and you can hear the traffic. The room didn't have AC or hot water or even a fan.
The staff was very friendly and engaging.
The hotel is good for a day or two maximum, I cant imagine hot summer without Ac or winter without hot water.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. An der Rezeption ist Frau Leyla sehr hilfsbereit, besonders freundlich und kümmert sich umgehend zu jeder Rückfrage. Der Hotelmanager Herr Umut ist ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und stets bemüht im Sinne seiner Gäste zu agieren.

Excellent seafront hotel close to centre of Güllük. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Parking was available in front of hotel. There was a market very close by on a Thursday. It was only 10 minutes from Bodrum airport so ideal for using if you have a late night arrival. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Otel, havlular çarşaflar hepsi tertemizdi. Sessiz ve sakin bir oteldi. Manzarası da çok güzeldi. Kahvaltıdan da çok memnun kaldım.

Unbearable Stay - No Working Air Conditioning!

I recently stayed at this hotel, lured by its location and new facilities. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, the air conditioning in my room and the hallways was not working. This is simply unacceptable in a summer destination where temperatures soar to 40°C. As a result, I could barely sleep for no more than an hour each night due to the stifling heat. It made what should have been a comfortable and restful stay into a miserable ordeal.

The hotel staff was polite but seemed unable to resolve the issue or provide any meaningful solution. I sincerely hope the management addresses this critical problem because no guest should have to endure such discomfort.

Until they fix the air conditioning, I cannot recommend staying here, especially during the summer months.
