Good location, very nice, smiling and helpful staff and a very good quality/price relation

Cons:

In our first night, saturday night, there was a relevant incident in our floor - violence between some people in the hall of the rooms. The male individuals were altered, probably by influence of some substance. They were violent, seemed dangerous and were menacing as they did try to force our room door with open physical violence when they understood that we wer inside and had seen what was happening. We requested assistance to the reception twice, and security to be sent, to no avail. While this was scary, and while we felt nothing was done by the hotel to assure safety of permises and guests, we deemed it as some sort of exceptional event and would have no problem in staying there again, if needed.
