Great place but, you need to mention renovations taking place on the website.
Cons:

We decided to take a few days off from renovations at our place. We went to floor 5 only to be greeted by drop sheets everywhere and the overwhelming smell of paint. The exact thing we’re getting away from. At no time during the booking process was anything about renovations mentioned.

My stay was good and within expectation
Pros:

Room, bed and breakfast went well. Hotel was clean and environment was good

Cons:

No room service at certain time of the day. Wifi was not very efficient. Door to the bedroom was defective and staff could not fix at the time.

Pros:

Room was very nice and the bed surprisingly comfortable.

Cons:

No option for a smaller breakfast in dining room. If you just wanted toast and cereal it was full price.
