We loved our stay at Novotel.
Pros:

Our room was huge and Manino in Housekeeping serviced our Room very well. It was extremely clean, and very tidy.
The towels/bathmat/ etc were all folded up very nicely and they all felt very soft and fluffy.
We were very happy with our room.
All the Staff Novotel were friendly and helpful, and happy.
For our breakfast we went to the restaurant on the 1st floor where we met Sara who was at the front counter, she was lovely and friendly and helpful.
Our bed was gorgeous, very comfortable and large. The bedding felt soft and lovely and clean.
We had plenty of hot water for showers.

Cons:

Not a very good experience...the cost doesn't justify the service. Would have been better in a motel
Pros:

The room was fine.

Cons:

The wifi was terrible...I had to hotspot from my own phone to get decent wifi. I contacted reception; it sounded like that's just the normal service for their Wi-Fi.
Breakfast was terrible... they didn't give me what I ordered and paid for. The hotel's cost doesn't justify the service they provide.

Great comfortable stay with everything we needed in one place.
Pros:

Reception was friendly & helpful on arrival.
Rooms were very clean & spacious.
Parking was easy.
Breakfast was fresh with great variety.

Cons:

Maybe tv could of been little bigger...but overall I have nothing to complain about.

Slept well , were very tired anyway. it was clean and comfortable with plenty of room and a spacious

everything was good , but as expected for the price

Cons:

Replenishment of tea and coffee. ,Reception was notified about this and the house maid. The picture on the was which was not able to be adjusted , was crooked.

Pros:

Location suited our event, facilitates and nearby food options s were great, distance from train station was good, breakfast in room was good, loved the free chilled water after dragging a suitcase from the train station

Cons:

Doors slam shut, and our son jammed his finger badly. Perhaps closer attention when doing maintenance check is needed
