Впечатления остались не очень. Заселились мы поздно, мы приехали где-то в 19-20, вечером. И вместо того чтобы идти отдых

Не понравилось то, что нам дали неисправный чип.
Я вышла на улицу к машине, чтобы занести вещи, чип не работает.
Позвонила в звонок, меня впустили. Я сказала что чип не работает, они не поверили, говорят, все там работает. Пошли в низ, проверили, он не работает 🤡
Женщина такая, сейчас починим, дали мне снова чип.
Я спускаюсь снова вниз, спустя 10 минут, чип снова не работает. Я звонила им в звонок, бесполезно, сотрудников на рабочем месте нет.
Я очень долго стояла на улице, была зла и сильно устала.
Меня спасло только то, что шел какой-то мужчина с улицы и у него работал чип.
И только благодаря ему я попала внутрь.
Также у них висит номер администратора, ему писала , он ответил, но не сразу.
Он написал мне код дома.
И через код я потом заходила.
Но опять же, если у вас на постоянной основе не работают чипы, почему вы не предупреждаете людей и не говорите им код от двери сразу.

I’ve booked the apartment around 22:30 yesterday evening and chose this place because of the ‘24/7 reception’. Ive communicated that we would be there around 23:30 and they approved. When arriving, there was nobody to open the door and we were waiting for 25 minutes for a reply with a crying baby. Afterwards they lied that somebody became ill (in that 1 hour) and that we got a better apartment (which also is not true). In the apartment the shower head was broken and everything was of low quality. Their phone number is also not working and they need to learn how to properly communicate.

I'm visiting Tbilisi every year. And always staying in that hotel. And will continue, I hope.
Pros:

Location - 2 minutes walk time to metro station Isani.
Location - 3 metro stations from the city center Liberty Square
Location - 2 metro stations from the Old City
Hotel - staff is excellent. We feel like we are at home
Everything is great!

Worst of worst, you cant even sleep there due to nonstop honking of horns in the street, the room was dark with only a little bit of sunlight, the mattress in the bed broke my neck and back, the internet was unpredictable, it loads pages very slow or does not load at all, sometimes disappear. There were no hot water when I arrived, so the girl from reception came to the balcony of my room and turned on the hot water heater on, wtv, why it is not turned on before I arrived? There were no frying pan or pot, the girl in reception told me "I know"!!! So she gave me dirty, nasty pan and pot from the kitchen, I did not even cook with those because they were so nasty. It is ridiculous how bad the hotel was.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a great neighbourhood
Pros:

Convenient area - walking distance to carrefour, Isani mall (minivan to Armenia), many dining options. Hotel is quiet, the windows are soundproofed. Receptionist friendly and speaks English. Just one metro station from the city centre.

I liked location, comfort and availability.

Cons:

I couldn't close my curtains fully. I like blackout room to sleep. But the sun came in and it was a little bit uncomfortable to sleep
