Me & Wife didn’t stay there! We were under the impression, this was a motel/hotel reservation as we booked “Booking.com! We drove around hours looking for the hotel n only finally finding out about this place by calling the # on the reservation, drove by the place n it was NOT what was portrayed, personal residence, not commercial n in a dark secluded area! Felt unsafe, the lady we talked to said we would have to call Booking.com for a refund!

It should have been disclosed that it was a double wide trailer. That was a shock upon arrival. I was looking for a commercial venue. The room was comfortable and clean but I didn’t like not having a private bathroom.

Having to share a bathroom with strangers, and very loud obnoxious long "beep" noise upon opening the door from the door knob, we could hear when someone would go in and out of their room with that noise. Full length mirrors in rooms and bathrooms would be nice.

Most dishonest deceiving scam I've delt with through a hotel search. It was listed under a hotel. Did not give a full and honest detail of what you were staying in. I was able to see it's a run down trailer and hostile situation after I had already paid the money to reserve the room. Then when I explained I couldn't stay there with security and personal issues the host was cocky and rude and did not give a refund after explaining the deception of the reservation arrangements.
The staff was very helpful and kind I came late and the gentleman was very patient and walked me through the check in process. I will be recommending this stay to others.

An inspection was done in the room that you and your wife occupied last night and blood stains were found on the sheet, and on a pillowcase. A pillow is also missing a pillowcase. Now we have to replace everything. For these reasons we charged you $80 from your damage deposit.
