The staff, were down to Earth folks!
Pros:

I had zero issues with my reservation. The stay was pleasant and peaceful. The staff was super nice to me, now the reason I am stating this is because it was way more meaningful to me than most because the situation and problems I was enduring at the time.

Great hotel enviroment

I didn't like the fro.t desk lady she was very rude. We had booked the hotel for four nights and we only stayed there nights!!

Needs better staff, inventory of breakfast, and better washing machines.
Pros:

It was somewhat clean. Had a gym and a pool that we didn’t use but was there.

Cons:

The cleaning staff kept taking my clean extra towels, I requested daily room service and the room was never cleaned and they kept taking my towels and I had to keep asking and going down to get towels. She knew we were 4 people in the room and she would only leave 2 towels. The breakfast was a joke! There were barely any options and they kept running out and not enough staff to replenish the food. They ran out of stuff and didn’t bother to order more. I had to keep asking for stuff and it was beyond ridiculous. I had high expectations for this place and sadly they were a disappointment.

Let’s not forget they one washing machine that was working and can only be with coins in which you have to have cash and go all the way downstairs to the front to get coins and then go back up to the 3rd floor to wash your clothes and the laundry room was filthy.

The stay was great, I was shocked at checkout when told there’s a $12 per night parking fee, it states on the website it
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, loved the outdoor fire, our room was great and a good size, breakfast was great. Overall it was a good stay.

Cons:

We were on the end of the dumpsters and trash is picked up daily, so around 5-6 a.m. every morning it was loud enough to wake us up.
