Overall, we enjoyed our stay & we will definitely consider this location again if needed for future travels 😊
Pros:

Very clean & inviting.

Rooms are arranged very comfortably & have nice space for all occupants to enjoy.

Cons:

The property itself was awesome; great location, clean rooms & community areas.

The property grounds & parking areas are kept clear of trash & debris which offered an immediate opinion of a well maintained location to our group.

The only “con” experienced & an area for potential improvement would be concerning my initial interaction with the front desk representative at the time of check-in. I unfortunately was not able to clearly read her name badge & there were other guests attempting to check-in. I did not want to cause them further delay so I simply left the desk without confirmation of her name however she made the check-in experience frustrating & longer than it needed to be in my opinion.

Her overall energy was in no way inviting, even before we began speaking, & spent most of the time we interacted sharing how I “could see HER frustration” lol.

I responded by appropriately sharing my frustration as the hotel GUEST & left it at that. This first meet up between the two of us without question, set the tone for future encounters as she made her feelings surrounding me very clear & obvious. All future interactions were passive aggressive & offered her clear disinterest to be helpful. I remedied this by avoiding her & seeking out other staff when needing assistance, which was not always convenient but absolutely worth avoiding this person.

Amazing
Pros:

Cleanliness, location, weight room was exceptional, the pool was super nice as well. I was able to enjoy some peaceful walks as well. I definitely will be staying here again.

Cons:

I found some ants around my sink but that was it.

It was an ok stay but probably won’t pick this place again
Pros:

Loved the pool and the location of the property

Cons:

The room just wasn’t big enough for a family of 6 the elevator made weird noises I was not fond of the breakfast was a little lacking and the noise level at night was not good

Great place, but shouldn't advertise as having a bar
Pros:

The location was great. Lots of stores and restaurants.

Cons:

They advertise as having a bar, but when we arrived and asked, we were told the bar is opened until 11pm and tried getting a drink and then was told the bar wasn't opened. I asked a night auditor about it and they stated the bar is so slow that they don't keep it staffed. We were also told we can ask the front desk for assistance, but the lady there for the first 2 nights wasn't very helpful. Also, there are no trash bags in the trash bins in the room, makes it hard to empty the trash if you're there for several days, but dont want to have room service.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was a bonus. Room was very comfortable and had all amenities at hand. Microwave, fridge, sink and coffee maker.

Cons:

Need to empty trash daily. I get saving on laundry, but garbage needs to be daily.
