Café da manhã gostoso.
Não tinha como abrir a janela, pois era virada para a rua. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar.
Apenas do chuveiro, porque o sistema de acender a luz do banheiro é longe da porta.
O barulho da rua ( não tem vidro duplo) , quando o chuveiro do apartamento do andar a cima você escuta o barulho da água. O sistema de iluminação do quarto não é dividido ( ou acende tudo o fica desligado,precisa ser por setor do quarto) . A TV é antiga não é Smart ( pega apenas 5 canais) . Enfim …, é muito ruim a estrutura do apartamento que fiquei pelo preço!!!
