Pros:

Дуже чистенько, гарненько, новий ремонт, є кухня спільна. На рецепції дуже ввічливі дівчата, особливо пані Христина, з усіх питань допомагала 🩷

Pros:

location (basically next to the railway station), interier and the room itself, kitchen

Cons:

staff -there was a mistake from their side regarding our room (someone was already accomodated there) and there was no real apologize, it seemed like everything was a problem: providing an invoice, the receptionists needed two days to figure out the final price including turistic tax and the final prices was much higher than at Booking.com; the price is pretty high but the ladies do not speak English and the service is not the best one; the bombshelter is close but it is used by homeless people
