Top marks all around. No notes. We had the best stay.
Pros:

Very spacious rooms. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. VERY CLOSE to Futian Metro Station and right smack in the middle of everything. Great area, lots of food options and also really close to the malls. Beds was the most comfortable. The bathroom was huge.

Cons:

We had a hard time getting into the wifi. Basically had no connection the whole stay so we had to rely on cellular data.

Pros:

Our stay at Atours is very memorable with friendly and helpful staff taking care of our logistics, laundry and meals. Meals are excellent and cooked to our preferences. Reception staff are patient and attentive to our needs. Laundry room is comprehensive and laundry brought back to us when we have left the hotel for the day.

Cons:

Nothing to improve. Everything was perfect! Please continue your good work.
