Good stay at a great budget
Pros:

We had a good stay at the property, the rooms had mini fridge and was spacious. This was close to Baga and Calangute beach.

Cons:

The bathroom was big, but could have been more neat. Also had a weird drainage smell.

Fine as a last option, but if you have another choice, pick the other one
Pros:

The location is not too bad, although you still have to walk around the block (~5min) to get to the main street.
There is a swimming pool, but no one really uses it.

Cons:

The rooms were not at all what we expected.
The are not maintained, not cleaned properly and have the lowest quality furniture you can find.
Everything is either scratched, peeling off or partly broken.

The "kitchen" has absolutely NOTHING of a kitchen. It is basically just a water tap + sink + kitchen counter. There were no plates, no glasses, no cutlery, no stove, no microwave, nothing at all. We couldn't even eat food that we ordered if they didn't deliver with a spoon!
We also could not reheat food if we brought leftovers home, etc.

Breakfast was by far the worst we've had in a long time.

It is very very spicy indian food (sambhar and idly) in little plastic bags.
Even though we asked twice for something non spicy, they kept delivering the same super spicy food that we could not eat.

The staff is friendly and helpful (when we asked for a spoon, they found a single-use spoon in a drawer for us to use), but it's definitely a hotel with potential but very poorly managed.

I would not book there again.

Pros:

Loved the way the staffs handled the client.. polite answers and immediate response.. property and the swimming pool was neatly maintained.. housekeeping staffs were polite and quickly provided us with an induction stove, a frying pan, extra mattress and pillows on request.. Special thanks to Gaurav and Paritha who attended to our needs and helped us have an ammazinnng stay.. will definitely book again.!
