Cons:

The booking was rejected by the hotel and we had to pay extra to book the rooms. The amount shown on booking.com was not accepted by the staff. As we were very late in the night, we could not search for any other hotel and had to give more money to stay at the same hotel. That was a pathetic experience.

The facilities were poor. The door lock wasn’t working and the faucet in the restroom sink was under repair and when I called them they said we can’t help. Also they charged more money
