Pros:

The hotel fully met our expectations and we spent a great time. The hotel is in excellent location in the hair of zona colonial what gave to us an opportunity for sightseeing this historical place by foot.

Cons:

My minor suggestion to the hotel is to improve breakfast. The breakfast is delicious but with no too much choices.

Romántico en la zona colonial
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado muy acogedor y además una atención personalizada, lejos de ruido dormimos muy bien fui con mi esposo de plan romántico por Santo Domingo y el hotel fue escenario de fotos lindas

Cons:

El hotel no cuenta con piscina ni spa pero si vas a disfrutar después o antes de la estadía de Punta Cana no lo considero indispensable

Time travel experience
Pros:

Amazing staff - everyone was super friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Absolutely lovely people. The location of the hotel is fantastic. And the casa itself is stunning, opening its doors you feels like traveling in time. Beds are comfy, towels fluffy, breakfast selection sufficient.

Cons:

Very slippery tiles choice for the bathroom. Had to be very careful.
Few electrical works didn’t seem to be particularly safe, but everything worked absolutely fine. So probably just a style of wiring.
Overall would be delighted staying there again.

Ubicación en zona colonial. Casa museo de estilo colonial que conserva su encanto original. Camas y almohadas super cómodas. Personal muy amable en el desayuno.

Cons:

Muy céntrica para recorrer la zona colonial a pie. Quizá el acceso un poco engorrosos por las obras en las proximidades.

Pros:

This hotel is visually stunning with beautiful historic architecture and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here. The rooms severely lack natural air circulation and are incredibly humid; my pillows and bed sheets were literally wet to the touch.

I understand it is an old building, but this issue could be so easily solved by simply putting a dehumidifier in the rooms.
