In piena zona colonial
Pros:

Colazione ottima e adeguata (non è come siamo abituati noi italiani, ma c'è un po' di tutto).
Le camere sono molto carine, anche se un po' piccole. In piena zona colonial, vicino a molti ristoranti, dietro la porta più famosa di Santo Domingo. Consiglierei la struttura.

Cons:

La cosa che colpisce appena si entra in hotel è l'odore, specie in camera di muffa (siamo al piano terra e c'è tantissima umidità). Le camere non sono insonorizzate e la signora molto maleducata della stanza sopra di noi ha dato spettacolo per tutta la notte, ululando letteralmente (evidentemente era molto bravo il suo compagno di letto!). C'erano dei lavori in strada e l'hotel avrebbe potuto dirci che c'è un parcheggio a pagamento vicino in cui lasciare l'auto.

Hotel precioso en el centro de Santo Domingo
Pros:

Como siempre me encanta el ambiente histórico con la comodidad moderna, la ubicación en el centro, la limpieza, el personal amable, el desayuno con aguacate y zumo natural de maracuya (entre otras cosas), la tranquilidad del hotel. Siempre me gusta volver.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me guste.

Hermoso hotel con un servicio regular
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso y con una ubicación insuperable. Nos quedamos en 2 habitaciones y ambas estaban limpias y muy bien decoradas. Las camas super comodas.

Cons:

Por motivos de viaje debíamos salir temprano. Al llegar a desayunar a las 7 am nos informaron que el servicio empezaba a las 8, y que si queríamos desayunar antes debíamos haber avisado. El problema es que nadie nos comunicó el horario del desayuno para poder organizarnos.
Aun así, no habría escrito este review de no ser por la actitud de la recepcionista, quien fue prepotente, como si la culpa hubiera sido nuestra. En definitiva, un hotel hermoso con un servicio regular.

El componente histórico, la cercanía o pertenecía a la zona colonial.

Amabilidad de las personas que trabajan en el hotel.

Cons:

No funcionó el ventilador, no nos dieron instrucciones básicas como la caja de seguridad.
Algunos muebles de la casa sin reseña...
Es un lugar bonito pero falta información histórica por que se tiene el título de 'casa Museo'
Aunque Pierre anteponía la palabra es una 'sugerencia' note su interés para que tomamos un tour por la ciudad con un contacto cercano a él, expresiones como 'usted no contesto' a la llamada que le hicieron ' etc.
Está bien la información de los tours pero que hayan varias opciones, importante señalar que no se ofrecía como un servicio del hotel sino de un contacto personal.

Pros:

Very beautiful colonial style hotel. The location is perfect for walking around the colonial district. The staff were very nice, the breakfast tasty. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

No está adaptado para impedido. Cosas sencillas como tirar el muro de la ducha y tener un escalerita para subir a la cama ayudarían. En el.patio con un mínimo de cemento se arreglan los desniveles.
