In timpul furtunii a curs apa in baie din tavan. A curs apa si pe hol pe scari.
Robinetul de la chiuveta n are difuzor si curge apa in toate partile si te stropeste.
Femeia de la curstenie a intrat peste mine in camera fsra sa fie pancarta cu curstenie pus la ușă.
Cel mai rau lucru, nu am avut APA CALDA deloc in ultima zi de sedere.

This was a very good, budget friendly and local spot to stay when visiting Old Istanbul.
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional from this small boutique hotel. The place was very clean and cleaned everyday. Location was amazingly close to everything but not in the busy sides.

Cons:

Some of the hardware of the property was breaking, like the doors didn’t have hinges or draws had no internal parts. The flush was operational but loose. But very clean.

Most horrible experience but hotel staff were courteous. They said we can’t help as we are not owners of the hotel.

Cons:

Hotel was not at all what it’s shown in pictures at the booking.com. Unhygienic and smelly dirty carpets. Blockage in sewage line due to which extremely bad smell inside room. The door railings came off when opened the door for first time. The 5th floor has absolutely naked stair case anyone can fall and die literally, elevators don’t go up till there. The breakfast was horrible for the money I’ve paid. I have taken pictures of the hotel to show booking.com but unfortunately despite my compliant they never got back to me. I’m very disappointed. I could have got a far better hotel at same price in same season as I had checked prices of the nearby hotels too which were really good.

To nie było dobre doświadczenie konsumenckie.

Lokalizacja jest OK, natomiast bliskość meczetów powoduje wybudzanie podczas snu.

Cons:

Brudny obiekt, kurz, brudna podłoga, okna, brzydziłam się dotknąć do pewnych rzeczy, pościel w plamach. Dywany brudne, jedzenie na śniadaniu nie było świeże i zachęcające. Słowem totalna prowizorka, jak np. piana montażowa wystająca ze źle zamontowanych drzwi łazienkowych, nieszczelne okna przez które gwizdał nam wiatr na 5 piętrze do którego nie dojeżdża winda. Cienkie ściany, słyszeliśmy wszystko od sąsiadów rodziny z Indii, krzyczącej do 2-ej nad ranem, trzaskającej drzwiami, płacz dziecka od 6.00 rano, masakra. Nikt nie reagował na ich zachowanie.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

Nothing, horrific.

Cons:

The lift couldn’t even fit my son’s pram in, black mould in the room. They put my son’s cot next to windows with NO SAFETY LATCH. Broken tile going into the bathroom. No working AC or fridge. No fan given either. The iron they gave us had exposed wires.

We had no choice but to stay as we arrived at 10pm in the morning evening. I spiralled and booked another hotel at 1:30am and told booking.com I no longer wanted to stay here. I went down first thing in the morning and said we’re not staying here I’m not paying the rest of the nights. The owner got extremely hostile until my husband came and spoke to him. He said that’s fine he’d let booking.com know we’ve left the property. Then continued to avoid booking.com refused the refund and I’ve ended up having to process a chargeback.
