The location is great as its next to the public market
I noticed there was mold in the bathroom and the smell is obvious period. It's also not clean enough.
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming with a goerogus smile. The room is spacious, air con works very well, nice balcony, clean bathroom. I will be back.
Comfortable, clean and spacious room, large bathroom, easy check in, about 10 minutes drive to old town of Hoi An, plenty places around for food and mini markets. Good value for money. All around go9d place for short stay
Wifi not the best of signals, and struggled to get the right temperature with the shower water, it would go hot or cold by it self. Maybe was just my room. Just please take a look.
Villa is in a residential area and near the local market, I can easily go shopping for local foods and items. I had a good night's sleep, nothing was dissatisfying.
Clean room and comfortable bed, pool was great, location alright just a grab ride to the old city center. Owner very sweet, helped me with bus ticket and airport transfer.
Breakfast wasn’t available, but we got a refund for that so we were very pleased!

It wasn’t until our 3rd day there that we finally saw some member of staff - we had some issues with our shower and a window not closing and would much rather discuss this in person than over text. Despite this, we were hounded incessantly via WhatsApp about when we would pay for our room and asking questions about our plans for our trip and what time we would be home.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable (even by SE Asian standards) and the place was generally a bit run down and in need of some care.
Reception was not there to greet me because I was 20 mins early. At first, they insisted I pay in cash - and even asked me to go to an ATM when I said I only card (It was my last day). Once I said I was going to contact booking.com to check policy, they sent me a credit card payment link.
The sheets were tattered and sewn together, and the room in general, was rundown (like missing lamp covering etc) - a lot of the amenities and facilities mentioned on the listing were not on the property, and though I paid for a room overlooking the pool, they gave me a room overlooking the street.. because of renovations next door (which they did not disclose and I could still hear). The hotel door is actually a frosted door, hasn’t been frosted properly so you can see into the room. I was required carry a heavy bag up 3 flights of stairs, because the ‘butler’ was actually an elderly housekeeping lady and it was not safe for her to be carrying bags. There was no one there for checkout . There are basically no staff on site.
For context, I had just checked out of a hotel that morning and had a flight late in the evening. I thought it would be a good idea to book a hotel (this is more like a motel) so that I had somewhere to go before my flight.
Really disappointed in my experience. I felt really unsafe.
The staff is very friendly and professional, especially Oanh made sure we had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend hiring a scooter to have more flexibility, as the villa is located between the beaches and the old center.

WiFi isn't the best
I just had a memorable stay at Dimo Villa Hoi An, and I must say that this place is truly amazing. The villa is beautiful, with a lush green and peaceful environment. The rooms are clean. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever I need. I will surely come back here in the future!

I just had a wonderful vacation at the villa. The staff were super friendly, very attentive, and supported me a lot. A big plus is the amenities in the villa, including a private pool. I also really liked the location of the villa, which is close to the market, where I found some delicious local dishes like Bánh Mỳ and close Hoi An. Thank you for providing me with such a satisfying experience, and I will definitely return in the future. It’s highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
