Perfect 1 Week Stay in Hanoi
Pros:

Fantastic location in safe, upscale neighborhood. Close to tourist destinations without the chaos of being right in it. Lots of good food and drink locations within walking distance. Outfitted with nice amenities. Quiet at night but earplugs provided if needed. Great size space to spend a week. Communicative, helpful host; provided great check-in instructions prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Mold in the bathroom, but that's somewhat inevitable in Hanoi. Floor dries quickly if you leave the door open w/ AC running instead of using the bathroom fan, which can pull up some unpleasant odor from the drain.

Une hôte adorable et un appartement très mignon.
Pros:

Appartement charmant et très bien décoré, situé au deuxième étage d’une petite impasse typiquement vietnamienne, ce qui lui donne beaucoup de cachet. Le séjour a été très agréable : le logement est confortable, calme et idéalement situé.

Il se trouve en dehors du quartier ultra-touristique, ce qui est un vrai plus, tout en restant à seulement 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Le quartier est très plaisant pour se promener, à proximité de l’Opéra et des ambassades, et on s’y sent en sécurité.

Une excellente adresse pour découvrir Hanoï dans de très bonnes conditions.

Cons:

Si je dois vraiment chercher un point négatif, je dirais que les rues d’Hanoï peuvent être assez bruyantes, avec beaucoup de klaxons. Cela dit, ce n’est pas lié à l’appartement en lui-même, mais plutôt à la vie vietnamienne, très animée et en effervescence à toute heure.

Lovely little apartment in Hà Nội old town. Lovely host and unbeatable price value!

Cons:

Little headroom in the bathroom. Besides that: nothing negative.
