Pros:

The staff always helpful, hope they would get commissioned, since I kept staying there out of the other hotel thus far because the all of the staff

Simple and pleasant stay
Pros:

Location wise and the staff is good and friendly.

Cons:

There's no lift. The condition of the room and the bathroom is a little bit old.

Definitely will book again in the future provided elevators are installed.
Pros:

•Location is super because it is in the middle of town. Accessibility to other location is convenience.

Cons:

•It is more nicer if there are elevators to go up to level 3 and 4. It was tiring experience to climb the stairs when two childrens that asleep and for elderly too.
•The rooms need major renovation because it is look old especially the toilet door.

Overall, the hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient, but the lack of elevators made it tough for traveling w
Pros:

Locations was fantastic - close to shops and attractions.
Rooms was spacious and beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Since I was traveling with kids who were often asleep and an elderly family member, it would have been much more convenient if there had been an elevator to reach the 3rd and 4th floors. Carrying luggage and little ones up the stairs was a bit of a struggle.
