עם מעט שינויים המקום יהיה 10/10
Pros:

ישנתי שם שלושה לילות. לאורך כל השהות הייתי לבד לגמרי בהוסטל, עם כמה אנשים בודדים במלון, והאמת שלא ברור לי למה. המקום מצוחצח, בחיים לא ראיתי הוסטל כל כך נקי. המטבח מצוין ומאובזר מאוד, לא חסר כלום. המקלחת כיפית. המיטה נוחה ויש וילון. חשוב לדעת שאמנם בתמונות רואים שיש 3 מיטות בכל צד, אך הם לא מאיישים את המיטה העליונה, כך שאין מה לדאוג שתישנו במיטה השלישית.

Cons:

המקום מעוצב יפה אך לא פרקטי. אפשר להדליק מזגן בחדר רק בין 21 ל8 בבוקר. בשאר הזמן החדר ממש מחניק, אין אפילו חלון, רק דלת ופחדתי לפתוח אותה כדי שלא ייכנסו חרקים (ועוד הייתי לבד...). אין ווי תלייה בכלל בחדר. לא ניתן לנעול את הדלת במהלך היום. היו מספר בעיות אחרות, עם זאת, כולן בהחלט שוליות, וההוסטל מיהר לתקן אותן - לאחר שנתתי מספר טיפים לפקידת הקבלה בערב, כבר בבוקר למחרת ראיתי שהתחילו לטפל בהערות! כל הכבוד להם.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. El personal muy amable. Tanto Kevin como GiGi. Siempre atentos y nos guiaron con los mejores lugares. De la habitación con vista al volcán 🌋 la mejor. Volveré. La mejor elección

Pros:

Det var välstädat och bekvämt, personalen var så hjälpsam och trevlig. Uppskattade köket som var riktigt rent och bra redskap, samt att det gick att få kallt vatten från kylen att fylla på flaskorna från. Läget var perfekt.

Cons:

Sängarna var hårda och väldigt litet rum, men inget att klaga på riktigt.

Pros:

Volcano view, clean, and quiet. Location was the best.

Cons:

I couldn’t use anything from the kitchen or microwave. We pay so much for the single and volcano view rooms and can’t even have a microwave or use any facilities.

Cons:

Kamer klein zonder raam of iets dergelijks naar buiten waardoor het niet fris rook. Eerste nacht zijn de halve nacht wakker gehouden door een hoge fluittoon die uit de badkamer kwam. Deze is de dag erna nadat we hadden geklaagd verholpen. Het probleem was het toilet gaven ze aan! Dat klopte want nu bleef het toilet doorlopen. Hoezo heb je dat niet gemerkt tijden de reparatie?

i wish i had known that the deposits would only be able to be taken in cash since i didn’t have enough, which is partly my fault but had i known i would’ve tried to get more.

Unfortunate. When we arrived their credit machine was broke down. We did not want to pay cash so we used a link to pay our bill.
