i loved the location, very convenient. and it was very clean.

Cons:

i wish i had known that the deposits would only be able to be taken in cash since i didn’t have enough, which is partly my fault but had i known i would’ve tried to get more.

Centralt beläget med takterrass med utsikt över vulkanen
Pros:

Centralt på huvudgatan med en massagesalong precis bredvid.
Ac på rummet och varmvatten.
Tillgång till ett stort och välutrustat kök.
Vår favorit var ändå takterrassen med utsikt över vulkanen!
Parkeringsplats precis utanför hotellet.

Cons:

Vi hade önskat mer krokar att hänga kläder på.
Frukosten saknade proteinkälla. Lägg till ägg så hade det varit helt okej.

Cons:

Unfortunate. When we arrived their credit machine was broke down. We did not want to pay cash so we used a link to pay our bill.

El desayuno lo cobraban 16 dólares. Fuimos a desayunar faltando 10 minutos y la persona que estaba encargada nos habló mal y atendió con muy mala cara y ganas, sumado a eso, ya había recogido casi todo por lo que solo tomamos un café. Le pefí té y respondió de mala manera que no había. Muy mal humorada y grosera para tratar con los huéspedes.

very close to the town,in fact town begins from here,lots of restaurants on this street,very clean room,very nice bed and mattress,good and clean bathroom,if you book directly it is very nice and you can use their common kitchen otherwise pay 5$ per day,which is very clean,staffs are so nice ,they have a roof top area and a small kitchen up there

Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße, fußläufig zum Zentrum und in der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Cafés. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die große des Zimmers war auch gut. Das Badezimmer war auch gut.

Cons:

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder des Zimmers waren nicht korrekt. Wir hatten ein "Classic Doppelzimmer" mit Balkon und Bergblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war leider ohne Balkon mit einem Fenster zum Flur. In der Beschreibung werden einfach alle Varianten/Möglichkeiten aufgezählt, die das Hotel hat.

Gute Lage, freundliche und hilfsbereite Chefin. Tolle Dachterasse mit Ausblick auf den Vulkan. Auf Nachfrage durfte ich problemlos in ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite wechseln. Dieses war frisch renoviert, gemütlich und nachts ruhig.

Cons:

Die Zimmer an der Vorderseite liegen an einer lauten Straße. Das Frühstück ist etwas minimalistisch, aber ausreichend.

Central La Fortuna location and ideal for starting tours from.
Pros:

A great location in La Fortuna, the hotel is modern, clean and benefits from having shared kitchen facilities available. This meant that we could cook our own breakfast in the mornings rather than have the hotel breakfast. We had a basic double room without the volcano view, the room was spacious enough, clean comfy bed and good shower.

Cons:

One staff member was a bit grumpy and lots of rules to follow when using the kitchen.

La localisation était idéale. Nous avions la chambre avec vue sur le volcon, c’était magnifique. Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Nous n’avions aucune connexion internet dans la chambre. Nous avons avisé le personnel à plusieurs reprises et ils n’ont rien fait. On nous a répondu qu’il y avait un problème de wifi à travers La Fortuna, alors que notre réseau fonctionnait dans le lobby de l’hotel. Par ailleurs, la tv dans la chambre fonctionne seulement avec les applications (netflix, youtube, etc.), nous n’avions donc même pas accès à cela. Cela était donc un léger irritant de notre coté.
