温泉に入れた事。

Cons:

トイレットペーパーが1回仕様分位しか無く、予備のペーパーに取り替える事になりました。
その取り替え作業が上手くいかず、手間取りストレスを感じた。物を大事にする事は良い事だけど、客に取り替え必須な状況にさせてしまうのは、どうなのかしら？

Pros:

清掃は行き届いていました。また温泉もサウナ付きで良かったです。

Cons:

部屋面積に料金が見合っておらず割高感がありました。あとセルフチェックアウトではありましたが、体感する際、スタッフさんが、ありがとうございましたの一言もなかったのが、サービス業としてはいかがなものか、とは思いました。
