今までに無い素晴らしい一泊二日を過ごさせて頂きました！
Pros:

実は、去年の7月31日に一泊二日で大変お世話になりましたので、再びお伺いさせて頂きました！
前回の宿泊を含めて評価させて頂きます。
駅から徒歩で約10分程でとても利便性が良かったです。
また現地でもスタッフさんの対応がとても良く、アメニティのセルフサービス等も大変充実しており、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
こちらのホテルには大浴場がありましたので利用させて頂きましたが、温泉（内湯と露天風呂）の温度が丁度良く、男湯の館内（脱衣所、洗い場、内湯、露天風呂、サウナ等）も十分な広さであったので、とても良かったです。
又、朝食は有料ではありますが、予約時に朝食付で予約させて頂き、二日目の朝にお伺いさせて頂きました。
料理（おかず、ごはん、パン、味噌汁、デザート等）の種類とドリンクバーが充実しており、特に海鮮丼と仙台名物の麻婆焼き蕎麦がとても美味しかったです。
その他の料理やドリンクもとても美味しかったです。
共立リゾートグループさんの施設で大浴場と朝食がついているのであれば、快適性や料金等を踏まえて総合的に評価すると、とても素晴らしいと思います！
この度は素敵な一泊二日を過ごさせて頂きまして、誠に有難う御座いました！

前回の宿泊を含めて評価をさせて頂きます。
正直、良くなかった所は存在したのかと言う位とても良すぎたので、特に座いません。

騒音もなく、コンビニも複数あり、利便性が高い
部屋は入り口と部屋に仕切る扉があり、落ちつけた
ウエルカムコーヒーがあるし、21：00からハーフサイズのラーメンも無料

Cons:

ドーミインは朝食が有名だったが、品数、野菜など噂ほどではなかった
ホテルの駐車スペースが少なく、2000円かかるし、近隣の駐車場は1300円、1500円する駐車場がある
