Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

A special mention goes to Riad, who was incredibly polite, communicative, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

لا انصح أبداً بهذا الفندق فالغرف ضيقة جدا جدا وغير نظيفة رائحة نتنه وأيضا لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ لنا ل 4 ليالي لغرفتين ما يعادل 277 دولار .. جلسنا في الفندق اقل من ساعة وعند حديثنا مع موظف الاستقبال قال سيتم ارجاع المبلغ لكم كاملا فقط تواصلوا مع بوكينج .. تواصلنا مع بوكينج وقالوا انا الفندق رفض ارجاع المبلغ وافاد اننا استخدمنا الغرف وقاموا بخصم المبلغ كاملا .. مع التأكيد لم نبقى في الفندق سوى اقل من ساعة .. المعاملة جدا سيئة

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are extremely small, filthy, and smelly. Furthermore, we were not refunded for four nights in two rooms, which amounted to $277. We stayed for less than an hour, and when we spoke to the receptionist, he said we would receive a full refund, but we should contact Booking.com. We contacted Booking.com, and they said the hotel refused the refund, claiming we had used the rooms and had already charged the full amount. We reiterate that we were only in the hotel

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how terrible this hotel experience was. From the moment I arrived, it was clear something was off—but I never expected it to be this bad.

First of all, the biggest red flag: the photos on Booking are either from a completely different hotel or heavily edited to the point of being outright misleading. The room I got looked NOTHING like what was advertised. What I expected to be clean, modern, and comfortable turned out to be outdated, poorly maintained, and frankly disgusting.

The room smelled awful, like a mix of mold and stale air. The furniture was worn out, stained, and looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. The bathroom? Even worse. Dirt in corners, questionable stains, and I didn’t feel safe touching anything without second-guessing it.

To make matters worse, the personnel doesn’t speak English nor any other foreign language which made even basic communication nearly impossible. Trying to ask for help or report issues turned into a frustrating guessing game.

Overall, this place is a complete scam. The misleading photos alone should be enough to avoid it, but the actual experience is even worse. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT book this hotel. There are far better options out there that actually match what they advertise.

Nu recomand acest Hotel mobila veche, peretii murdari, usa baie defecta, locatia inaccesibila celor care vin cu masina, nici un angajat nu este vorbitor de limba engleza ( cel putin pe durata sejurului nostru), micul dejun mai mult lipsa. Nu a fost suficient ca arata cum arata sejurul nostru a fost de 4 zile … o noapte am dormit intr-o camera si 3 nopti in alta. Pozele de prezentare pe Booking a hotelului nu reflecta cu realitatea.
