Home from home -Fabulous family run hotel
Pros:

Charming family run hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere & a lovely garden with small pool .
Staff very helpful and food excellent! Spacious & spotlessly clean rooms. Easy walk to the beach & small bars /restaurants as well as the boat trip meeting points .

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room (nr 2) was situated under the stairs. As the building is made from wood the footsteps on the stairs gave a lot of noise.
There were two windows in the room; one faced the hallway leading to the patio. Other guests walked past here, and since the window was only covered with a strip of opaque tape, they could see right into your room (read: bed). The other window faced the clothesline, where people walked past to hang their laundry.
The small window in the bathroom overlooked the stairs.
The windows were covered with old, damaged, and dirty transparent blinds. Therefore, there was no privacy in the room.
The swimmingpool was very very small and looked dirty.
This is not a 4 star hotel but more a hostel. The price was for a 4 star hotel; completely out of proportion.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was plenty and good. We were comfortable hanging out after check out waiting for our ferry.

Lovely clean, quiet place between the town and the dock.
Pros:

Very nice hotel a little outside of town but near the dock. The room was spacious and clean; breakfasts were tasty and ample. The real find was the restaurant, which is rarely open. If you can get them to serve you a dinner, go for it!

Cons:

A little walk into Puerto Villamil, but it’s flat and easy.

Good, quiet location.
Pros:

Good, quiet location half way between Port/Concha de Perla and the town. Clean, comfy, large room with nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly. Good air-conditioning and WiFi.

Cons:

A little pricey. Couple of small windows that didn't have blinds. Shame we couldn't get a late checkout particularly as the hotel was empty 😞

Best Location and Stay to Be Had on Isabela Island
Pros:

This is where to stay, best local, best pumpkin soup lol, on the whole island. Pool was great, super clean, super hosts. I will return here if i ever come back to Isabela Island. Location ! Location ! Location ! Super special, especially for this island.

Not sure where to start, however we booked one of the best rooms in the hotel, one of the best hotels on Island Isabella per booking.
We had huge cockroaches running through our bed, pillows, under bad, bathroom and closets. We couldn’t sleep there, as the amount of them was huge. We went to speak to personel to switch our rooms, they provided the same room on the same floor ( be careful as the roof in suits is with wholes, easy to get in for any insect). We rejected, especially that we saw our neighbors were running with shoes across the room as well… as we wanted to stay there two nights, I ask the personel to around 10pm that we would like to get money back for the second night, as we cannot sleep here and we are moving startuje away. We got information that we are moving due to our personal issues and there is nothing she can do! In the end it was too late for us to find first night sleep, we argue to get another room, three people we slept in super small room but it felt better than previous ones. However no one was able to sleep. We moved to other hotel I the very early morning. We did not get any refund, we tried even per booking. I think booking understood the situation and gave us back 50$ out of 350$

We absolutely do not recommend, the staff are unpleasant, you won’t get any refund, no understanding! You will definitely sleep with cockroaches!!! Be aware, this is not even one star place!
