Very adequate, convenient location.
Pros:

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

Like most rooms in Japan, and particularly Tokyo, the room was only just big enough, but we coped! Just a reminder that small amounts of luggage are the way to go in Japan generally.

Good location and surroundings
Pros:

Location which close to Ueno Station, IRIYA GATE. Two convenient stores are nearby the hotel.

Cons:

Economy Double Room is a bit small for two persons. Please kindly consider to book twin room instead of double room.

Pros:

Perfect location. Walking distance to Skyline express. Walkable to places I wanted to go. The staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Ubicación perfecta
Pros:

La ubicación está genial, ya que está a pocos minutos de la estación de Ueno, con la que accedes a todos los puntos de interés de Tokio en poco tiempo. Alrededor también hay de todo (restaurantes, convinis y una calle comercial súper animada día y noche) pero es muy tranquilo para descansar.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, sobretodo si vas con equipaje grande, pero nada fuera de los común en Tokio. Aún así, tienen de todo.

Really comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is really nice located just a few minutes walk from Ueno station and a 30 minute walk to Asakusa. Off the bat, I arrived a few minutes after midnight so I was afraid I would not be able to check in, however I was able to easily self check-in on the machine. The room was clean and comfortable.

Das Hotel wäre in Ordnung, wenn einfach mol richtig geputzt und gewaschen werden würde.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und die Lage war nahe am Ueno Bahnhof. Da wie sehr früh morgens am Narita-Airport sein mussten, konnte man so zu Fuss den ersten Skyliner erwischen.

Cons:

Alles war ein wenig schmuddelig. Die Wände waren Fleckig, die Vorhänge und das Douvet auch. Im Bad haben wie noch Haare von Vorgängern an der Decke gfunden und die Lüftung und Lampe waren mit Staub bedeckt.

上野站步行約5~10分，check in/out前後都可以寄放行李，櫃台人員非常親切
Pros:

一人入住非常舒適，超出我預期的住宿體驗，原本以為會像一般東京住宿一樣非常小，但結果行李可以完整打開，雪板袋也有空間可以放，浴室有浴缸可以泡澡，照明設備也很新，可以智能化調控明亮度與白黃光，超讚！

Cons:

床鋪清潔度可再微加強就完美了
