おもてなしの心遣いが溢れてました。
Pros:

おもてなしの心遣いに溢れており、快適にゆっくりと過ごせました。また、清潔感があるのはもちろん、浴室には愛らしいアヒルちゃんが待っていてくれて、とても癒されました。

Pros:

I think has a pretty good location near Ueno station.
The place was clean. And its very calm, this is really nice.

Cons:

For what you pay we expected more. The staff was ok, but not to kind. I could understand we noticed the front desk person at some point was in the nigjt shift and morning one. He was kind of not welcoming, the women, she was very kind.
No breakfast at all. The toilets were pretty small.
There was a smell always at the frontdesk not nice.
Most of the things can be improve for sure. This is a place for maybe 1 men, that could stay short time. Not recommended for couples.

1인 여행에서 이용하기에 제법 괜찮은 호텔입니다
Pros:

체크인과 체크아웃이 간편하며, 기본적으로 제공되는 어메니티와 방의 컨디션이 모두 괜찮았습니다. 이번 여행에서 1인실을 사용했는데, 혼자서 지내기에 꽤 적당한 크기의 방이었다고 생각합니다. 만약 도쿄에 혼자서 다시 오게 된다면 다시 이용하는 것을 고려할 것입니다.

Cons:

텔레비전에서 제공되는 기본적인 방송의 숫자가 너무 적고, 홈쇼핑 방송의 비중이 너무 높았습니다. 일본의 호텔에서 지내는 동안 텔레비전을 계속 켜 놓은 채로 일본의 방송을 경험하는 편인데, 뉴스 방송 같은 것도 볼 수 있었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다.
그리고 우에노 역 중심가에서 어느 정도 거리가 있기 때문에 나이 든 투숙객의 경우에는 추천하기 어렵습니다.

Wonderful.
Pros:

Right next Ueno Station, maybe 8-10 minute walk. The room was actually more spacious than the pictures looked. Great bathroom, and a good selection of T.V. channels as well.

Cons:

The clothes dryer wasn't very efficient. You may need to run it through 2 cycles depending on load size.

Was a great stay. H. Ngoc at the front desk was very helpful, friendly, great customer service!
Pros:

Is a nice hotel. Close to the train station and easy to get to restaurants, shopping etc.

Cons:

Beds could be more comfortable.
