Pros:

Excellent location and desk staff

Cons:

Hair all over the bed from another guest (not my hair colour).
While recovering from a migraine in bed, staff entered the room without knocking or announcing themselves. They apologised and backed out but it was a very unpleasant experience.

우에노역 근처 위치 좋고 깔끔

위치가 좋습니다. 동네도 조용하고 은근 맨션들이 많아서 밤 늦게도 위험하지 않은 느낌이었어요.
방 냉장고가 시원하고, 높은 층 배정 요청드렸는데 수용해주신 것 같아 감사했습니다.

Cons:

침대와 베게가 너무 딱딱해요,, 그리고 창문 여는 범위를 설정하는 장치를 설정해서 창문 열 수 있게 해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

Great!
Pros:

Staff were super friendly when we arrived late and made it super easy for us to check in while being jet lagged. Throughout the stay they were helpful as well whenever I had any questions about Japan, or the culture, even recommendations of food to try. Bonus that it was a short walk to the train station!
