Everything beautiful

Lovely friendly welcome, they even managed to have our rooms ready before the check-in time.

Rooms were super clean!! and smelled so fresh! Beds were really comfortable too!

Breakfast was lovely too.

Couldnt of wished for a better location really central too.

Welcoming staff-Jude is phenomenal-helpful, courteous, friendly and patient. Room was beautiful, comfy and lovely room and bathroom. Location is in heart of town, Even the post office is next store. Convenient on street parking. Lovely full breakfast included in delightful onsite cafe. Highly recommend!

No hot water for shower. Lamp didn’t work. Small room.

It was a great central location and had a great atmosphere.

It was a wonderful old, well maintained hotel. Parking is tough, but once you have that everything else is perfect. Staff was kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper. The woman at reception helped us with reservations and other interesting information about the area.

Great store fronts. Good variety of shops, plenty of pubs and restaurants
No AC in rooms but we had two windows to allow nice airflow. Recommend bringing a fan.

Perfect hotel for exploring Kinsale. Very convenient location with access to the harbor and walking streets. Parking was simple and across the street. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Plus, the breakfast in the hotel cafe in the morning was fantastic. Highly recommended.

No hair drier, shower is not a good experience, the faucet does not combine hot and cold water. Too much money for what was offered.

This property was not much better than a backpackers and did not live up to reviews. No air conditioning. The bathroom was so in need of refurbishment cracked basin and toilet. Carpet needed replacing, things needing repairing. If we hadn’t got the windows opened we would not have been able to stay. Only redeeming feature was staff and location.

Getting upgrade was exciting UNTIL.
Jacuzzi bath- out of order, sky box doesn't work, lots of light swithches broken or do nothing, flock of pigeons living outside bedroom windows. Bed was comfortable whie pillows terrible, hole in hallway floor under carpet etc

Great location. The room was cozy and had all that we needed. It isn’t fancy or new. It’s just charming authentic and cozy. And right in town. Had to park for free in a nearby lot. Not an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Bank House. Lovely staff, beautiful room, comfortable bed, spacious space in the heart of Kinsale. Our breakfast was the best we had in Ireland.
