Pros:

Tutto perfetto dalla camera alla Spa, dalla reception alla Concierge. La colazione ricca e il ristorante Verve by Sven sempre top quality e molto piacevole. Al bar segnalerei Marco il barman.

Cons:

Le 2 giovani cameriere svizzere che servono ai tavoli di fronte l'entrata principale dovrebbero migliorare l'empatia con il cliente e la velocità di servizio.

Wellnessbereich erst ab dem einchecken möglich (ab 15:00 uhr) sehr spät. Sollte früher möglich sein
Im zimmer kleenex und früchteschale leer.
Exkl nachtessen, das sind wir uns nicht gewohnt.
Parkplatz für fr 35.- überrissen.
Terrasse schmutzige tische, über 45min nicht gereinigt worden und lange wartezeiten.

Sehr schönes Grand Hotel, Restaurant Verve bei Sven war genial, Zimmer schön und gutes Frühstück. Hotelservice war einwandfrei.

Cons:

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hätte ich noch etwas mehr erwartet. Beim Zimmer, Frühstück und Wellness hat der Wow-Effekt gefehlt.

Unrivalled luxury and world-class wellness
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were professional, welcoming and incredibly courteous. We particularly loved the spa facilities; the marble styling of the main pool and the impressive waterfall area provided a real sense of occasion. Breakfast at Verve by Sven was another highlight. The food was prepared with great care and the unique pod seating made the experience feel very exclusive. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind in total comfort.

- Nice breakfast

Cons:

- Food was below average at the Italian restaurant. Not tasty, not well seasoned and for one plate in particular overcooked and uneatable. Really disappointing experience. Staff wasn’t particularly nice either.
- A section of the spa was naked only - which I understand is traditional and rooted in the culture - but that prevented us from fully enjoying the spa

Excellent but parts of our stay disappointed us
Pros:

- Breakfast was exceptional and best part I think (range of options, freshness, quality, settings with view outside, large seating area)
- Porters excellent and very friendly courteous
- Spa area great, room very big (great pillow options for added luxury and optionality)
- Testing of swimming pool water gave assurance of hygiene being reviewed

Cons:

- Public Spa area had different massagers underwater than the Hotel guest area which made me feel as though if your a Hotel guest you had less which should in a way be the opposite!
- Sauna World which is much larger than the 2 or 3 Sauna's/Steam room in Hotel Guest area is a naked only area. As a Brit, I was aware of this in terms of German spa's but given the international status of the hotel, I would expect some leniency given the international guests staying? In addition, the Sauna World was mixed sex, my older mother wasn't comfortable with this. A member of the public came after us to tell us that swimwear was not allowed after missing the signage for this. It was very disappointing as a large reason for booking was for her to experience the Sauna's and Experience showers and she wasn't able to. I made sure to double check with a few different members of staff regarding the enforcement of no swimwear and they confirmed so. I ended up using the Sauna World but only because I wanted to get full value of my stay and it would be extremely upsetting if I had travelled a long way to not be able to enter. Furthermore, I had seen a male (wearing boxer shorts, a female not naked (with towel on), a further male (towel on) in the sauna's so this felt exceptionally unfair given the fact that my mother couldn't experience the sauna's but others were seemingly allowed to enter non naked?! if a rule is there, it should be enforced but not half enforced as people have travelled a long way to experience the full breadth of Spa.
- Reception/check in staff could be a bit friendlier
- A hotel guest was videoing in the swimming pool area and taking selfies, pictures, she continued in the jacuzzi until eventually another hotel guest told her it was not allowed. This made me feel uncomfortable given she was videoing the swimming pool as I was swimming! no warning by staff and staff around.

Nice for short-term stay

Hot thermal water in adults pool, gym, outdoor pool, spa entertainments in Tamina Therme, family spa (but the water here is only 32 degree) big medical center, nature, fresh juices on breakfast, mountain view, cleanness, spa, hair service, ski resort in 15 min

Cons:

Namun Restaurant kitchen, Kindervilla care service, for staying more then 1 nigh it is too small children menu in Olives (I recommend to copy children menu from Carlton Hotel St. Moritz - they really love small guests and provide wide range of food, so it is easy to stay more than 1 night)

room was clean and well decorated,
restaurant Zollstube and Memories were nice,
the nature around is beautiful,
15 min drive to ski lift,
1h from Zurich airport.

Cons:

Kindervilla: Mrs. Manuella made an impression of nonreliable, not attentive to a child, tired from work babysitter who isn't able to find a warm contact with a kid in kinderclub room.

I even cancelled my next weekend as there is no possibility to visit warm thermal Helenabad with children (family spa water is only 32 grad) and no more trust to kindervilla's "care".
