Cons:

I stayed at this hotel and was asked to check out at 9 PM, even though the listed checkout time on Booking.com clearly says 11 AM. They charged ₹2000 for the stay and then demanded ₹500 more just to let me stay till the next day’s 11 AM checkout time. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Definitely not a pleasant experience — the property needs to be more transparent and respectful towards guests.

I have experienced a very bad experience here, the main reason for this is that when you book a room in this hotel, you will not get hot water, neither will the TV work, nor will the AC work and the room will not be clean.

They did not allow us to stay in the hotel. They mentioned that hotel drainage system is not working hence no rooms will be given. We were told after reaching the hotel and no advance information. We had to look for some other hotel and make alternate arrangement with additional money. The advance amount paid to Fab Hotels Rs.933 is still not refunded. Do not list these kind of properties in Booking.Com
