Sehr angenehm und super Fernhilfe beim Selfcheck.
Pros:

Sehr grosses Zimmer.
Wunderschöne Aussicht.
Notfallnummer bei Selfcheck war super.
Sehr bequeme Betten.
Sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber hatte alles, was es wirklich brauchte.

Pros:

Superato lo strano e duro impatto del self check in, l'hotel risulta gradevole . Le camere sono ampie, panoramiche, luminose e pulite. I letti sono comodi . Il bagno è ampio così come la doccia. Molto comodo il parcheggio.

Cons:

Non trovare una persona che all'arrivo ti dica "benvenuto" ma solo un display touch è davvero strano . Il bar era chiuso, in camera non c'è il bollitore e per prendere anche solo un caffè bisogna uscire. Bisogna avere un'ottima confidenza ed intimità con la persona con cui viaggi dal momento che il bagno è diviso dalla stanza da un vetro opaco che fa trasparire quasi tutto .

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer (306). Die Hotline war sehr gut und konnte direkt weiterhelfen.

Cons:

Beim CheckIn hat ZimmerKarte programmieren nicht geklappt. Weiter auch keine EMail mit Schlüssel für Korridor und Zimmer erhalten. Zimmer leider nicht sauber, Stühle und Teppich im Zimmer (306) dreckig/fleckig. Weiter hat es nach kaltem Rauch gerochen obwohl Nichtraucher Zimmer.
Das Frühstück ist okay, Brot Auswahl sehr bescheiden.

Pros:

Tutto: pulizia; bellezza e funzionalità della camera e del bagno; panorama (ero all'11° piano); parcheggio incluso per l'auto; prezzo contenuto.

Cons:

- Servizio di self check-in: non ha riconosciuto i miei dati e sono stato costretto a telefonare. Ho poi risolto velocemente, ma ho perso tempo e non è detto che uno abbia sempre con sé la possibilità di fare una lunga telefonata quando si trova all'estero
- su Booking era indicato che la colazione non era inclusa. Invece per puro caso abbiamo saputo che invece la colazione all'italiana (con caffé o cappuccino + croissant o fette biscottate e nutella o marmellata) è inclusa gratuitamente. Basta andare al 13° piano.

Netjes, heel fijne douche. Goede bedden. Fijn dat er een raam open kon.
Schoon en makkelijk. Geen contact met personeel. Want dat is er niet.

Cons:

Er is geen ontbijt. Alleen koffie, fruit en croissants. Dit zou beter vermeld kunnen worden. Op de site zijn foto’s te zien van een compleet ontbijt buffet.
