Pros:

1. Easy to get from the bus station and also easy to walk to the bus to the airport. 2. Clean bed. 3. Clean room.

Cons:

1. The room is filled with tobacco smoke. 2. It's very noisy if you open the window, but you have to because the tobacco smoke is terrible. 3. It's cold and there's nothing to cover yourself with. 4. They charge an extra 3% on top of the booking price. 5. When paying with a MasterCard in euros, they said you can't select euros, but rather their local currency. This is a conversion. Generally speaking, such financial fraud is unacceptable.

Che è vicino al centro

Cons:

Pulizia inesistente. Zanzare ovunque. Scale ripidissime e con corrimano danneggiato. Doccia senza copertura e senza flessibile. Non adatto a famiglie con bambini o disabili.

Jeg rejste sammen med kolleger, og vi skulle kun overnatte på hotellet i cirka 11 timer. Vi havde et intenst program i Beograd, og jeg havde ikke set, at hotellet havde bedt mig om at bekræfte ankomsten igen, som ellers allerede var bekræftet én gang. Det fik jeg derfor ikke gjort.

Da vi fire ankom, fik vi besked om, at vores værelser var blevet givet til andre gæster, fordi jeg ikke havde sendt en bekræftende mail. Vi var alle meget chokerede, da jeg aldrig har oplevet noget lignende før. Jeg havde ikke afbestilt hotellet, og jeg forstår ikke, hvorfor de annullerede fire værelser på den måde, da ikke alle gæster er ens.

The location is very convenient, being close to the New Bazaar and within easy reach of the city centre. The staff were also very helpful and cooperative, which made the stay pleasant. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

Cons:

Overall, the stay was comfortable. A few small improvements in the room would make it even better for example, some of the lamps were not working, there was no dust bin provided, and the toilet rolls supplied were a bit limited. Taking care of these details would really enhance the guest experience.”
