UNA STRUTTURA ALBERGHIERA DALL’ALTRI TEMPI.
Pros:

Una struttura alberghiera che potrebbe essere all’avanguardia, purtroppo manca di un adeguata manutenzione giornaliera che pregiudica irrimediabilmente il soggiorno del cliente.

Cons:

La direzione oltre al ricevimento, anche se informati delle problematiche emerse di semplice soluzione, non fa nulla per risolverLe, anche la sostituzione di una semplice lampadina come dimostrano le foto allegate.
Inoltre il Manager con la scusa di ulteriori spese amministrative, chiede al cliente un importo superiore a quanto concordato / stabilito nella prenotazione di Booking, chiedendo il saldo immediato dell’importo corretto al rialzo senza giustificazione alcuna, il tutto con prove documentali / fotografiche di quanto sopraindicato.

L'ubicazione, vicino al centro, e l'attenzione del persone sono stati molto apprezzati. La camera era abbastanza pulita e comfortevole.

Cons:

Sia la doccia che la tv nella nostra camera erano rotti, e non siamo riusciti a fare riparare/cambiare. C'era un problema con le luci del bagno, che si accendevano di maniera inprevidibile senza che nessun ci sia durante la notte.

La proximité du centre ville
J'ai fait plusieurs visite à pieds sans avoir besoin d'un guide ni de transport

Cons:

La vue de la chambre un gros poteau électrique quand on ouvre la fenêtre.
Les remontées de la salle de douche(mauvaise odeur.
Les joints de la douche bien noirs

Attenti alle scale!!!
Pros:

La posizione è buona ed è una delle poche cose positive.

Cons:

Le scale sono molto ripide, scomode e in alcuni tratti pericolose. Le luci funzionavano a tratti e il sensore del bagno funzionava male quindi dal nulla si accendeva la luce e si azionava la ventola. Stanza molto piccola.

Pros:

La posizione è perfetta

Cons:

Struttura fatiscente, disposta su 5 piani collegati da una scala pericolosa e stretta , no ascensore . Porta che non si chiudeva bene , bagno cieco senza luce , pomello doccia completamente divelto . Costretta a pagare la prima notte e rimborsati i restanti giorni .. assolutamente non consiglio.
