Disappointing stay
Pros:

Location, it was very close to calangute beach.

Cons:

Cleanliness - rooms were not up to the mark.

Parking - there is no free parking at the hotel. We paid 2050 for 3 days parking in common calangute beach parking.

Quite Disappointing stay. Waste of Money...!!

Only advantage this hotel has been its close to the beach

Cons:

I stayed here for two night and three days. We occupied seven room. Not a single day room was cleaned.
Towel, bedsheet never changed. Rude behavior of staff.

I have raised this question already to the hotel staff and also raised this on booking questions but no responses one of the room where me and my wife stayed it had literally cockroaches into the room which came out around 1:30am and had to call staff to do something but they just sprayed and let them go away on the next day when we came back to hotel from outside our room was flooded with died cockroaches when I asked them to change the room they denied and not helped and also last day when we asked them for laundry they literally said no we don’t have u have to use the same one from last night. Totally unacceptable experience from this hotel. Nothing to liked about this property at all.

Pros:

It was an awesome experience whenever will go to North goa will always go for same hotel.
Cleaning, beach accessibility, market accessible, was got a scooty on rent and on a good rate and the best thing whatever the picture of rooms was shown we got the same at the time of booking

Cons:

When we reached the property we were denied room saying that room had a short circuit.
We have to book a taxi for 1000 rupees to shift to a new property. not satisfied on the service of this booking. Atleast we could have been informed 1 to 2 hours before.
