A very pleasant stsy, everything that we could wish for,, staff are very friendly & nothing was too
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, i liked the opportunity of having my eggs freshly cooked. Although i sm a tea drinker one of my friends said that the coffee was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely my stay was great I will return again.

The manger of the hotel is a lovely men knows how to communicate with his guest 5 star to the manger *****

Cons:

I didn't like how the receptionist wasnt very helpful when I rang an how i was spoken to concindering the situation because I had a problem with a accommodation staff the next morning so I didn't like how I was treated but the manger sorted it out for me.

Good hotel near train station outside Dublin
Pros:

Close to the train station which is 10min into Heuston station . We had bar food which was tasty and piping hot

Cons:

Currently it's surrounded by construction but was quiet when we were there. Residents bar only allows bottled beer to the room after 11.30 it seems. We had suite but fridge wasn't working

Very little facilities around the hotel & the rooms require air conditioning

Pros:

Close to train station. Good for getting into explore Dublin.

Cons:

On arrival before check-in a member of staff informed us that the secure parking was only Monday to Thursday and that our motorcycles may be at risk and that the hotel would not be liable. They suggested that we move them to an area in car park out of sight from main road . Given this I would not book again

Disappointed with the cost of the property and the room amenities. When mentioning it at checked when asked how my staff
Pros:

The shower was powerful, the breakfast has lots of options.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room, only lobby area. no fans available, no water in the room, a plastic cup and a tap was the option. No pen/paper for notes.
Huge area of construction development going on outside the property so noisy from 6am weekday, 8am weekend. Not restful - see picture
