Stresfull and full of unpleasant suprises
Cons:

Owner lied to us on numerous occasions about when we could enter and leave. He wanted us to switch every day from apartment to apartment and canceled the last day when we already arrived. It was very stressful en he was very unpleasant to talk to. Never going here again. Contacted booking about it and they refunded part of my cost. A 10 out of 10 for the booking.com service and a 1 for the owner of this apartment

Pros:

The apartment was good, but not exactly as shown in the pictures (on Booking.com). The place was clean.

Cons:

1) It had a smell of detergent (from the linen that were washed)
2) Different room from what was shown in the pictures
3) No plates or glasses in the kitchen. Only a chopping board and knives were given
4) Check-in was too much in a hurry. Accessing drinking water, kitchen stuff, ac controls - all were left for us to manage on our own.
5) Minimal help for local information

everything perfect. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Highly recommended. The service was excelent, very good attention and direct contact all the time. The quality price is unbeatable.

Cons:

i couldn't say anything here. I would not change anything. So happy to have found this place. For sure we will come back.

Chaotic business trip experience in the center of Hanoi.
Pros:

Location was great. The room was spacious and unlimited water supplies was available. Toilet amenities were provided and water pressure is good.

Cons:

The room has a very musty smell, the living room and the bed are not clean. Water dispensers cooling system wasn’t working. Bed sheets were hanging cluttered blocking a view on the balcony. At night is quite noisy.
