Zentral, traditionel, wunderschön.
Pros:

Traditional eingerichtet mit Kamin! Enfach wunderschön. Werde in Zukunft nur noch hier buchen wen ich in Gjakova bin.

Sehr gute Lage, Hotel total angnehm, super Personal am Rezeption, Restaurant, Parking. Als Gast fühlt man sich wohl und sind immer für den Gast da. Empfehlenswert!

צוות נעים ועוזר, חניה נוחה, חזר מרווח מאד ונוח. בחדר אח עצים שחימם היטב והיה יפה המלון קרוב מאד לכל המקומות התירותיים בעיר ארוחת הבוקר טובה

המיקלחת היתה מתוחכמת מידי: היו דברים אלקטרונים שלא הבנתי איך מפעילים אותם ולא היו הוראות שימוש מיים לא נקלטו מספיק מהר ע"י מערכת הביוב ובצינור היתה נזילה כיוון החמים והקרים היה הפוך והיה שם חדר סאונה שכלל לא ידעתי אם וכיצד ניתן להינות ממנו היה אפשר לפטור את זה עם דפי הסבר

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Superb breakfast, Helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay so much that I stayed an extra night, it meant a very early start to the airport the next morning but the hotel arranged a taxi and a packed breakfast for me to eat in the taxi.

Cons:

I couldn't find anything to criticise. Even when a lightbulb failed, it was replaced within the hour.

Dank der guten Lage sehr emfpehlenswert
Pros:

Ausserordentliche Lage angebunden an Fussgängerzone. Gute Parkmöglichkeit gegenüber Hotel, keine Kosten. Hervorragendes Box-Spring-Bett.

Cons:

WC-Deck sehr lose, fällt nächstens ab. Badezimmer ist schon etwas abgegriffen.

Confort, charme et séjour mémorable
Pros:

Un endroit cosy où la chambre respire la tranquillité, sans aucun bruit ; les fenêtres qui s’ouvrent sont fantastiques. Le lit est très confortable et le personnel est vraiment expérimenté. Le maître d’hôtel au restaurant a fait une réelle différence grâce à son accueil proactif. Le stationnement et l’ascenseur sont très pratiques. Délicieux petit-déjeuner avec une magnifique variété de produits frais, et un dîner payant qui a rendu notre expérience vraiment mémorable. En résumé, un superbe hôtel où nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps

La douche nécessiterait un nettoyage plus approfondi, car elle montrait des signes de moisissure

Superb in every way
Pros:

Loved loved loved this hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was amazing! We had dinner there one of the nights we stayed and the food was also beautiful; it was the night the hotel was celebrating it's birthday and we could see how much all the staff interacted and were like one big family. Our waiter that night was one of the loveliest people we had the pleasure to meet and he couldn't do enough for us, including some shots of raki to finish off dinner. Altogether a really lovely stay and we could not have been looked after any better
