Important information:

There is an entertainment club card to be paid at the hotel: € 56 per week per person (during August the cost is € 63,00 per week per person).

The beach is equipped only from the half part of June to the half part of September, and not from May, on other dates the beach is free to access.

Please not that the pool is available only from May to September. For other periods please ask us before booking the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A recepciós személyzet teljes ellenszenvét kaptuk, ami megkeserítette a nyaralást.
Pros:

Szép környezet, hatalmas park és medence van. A konyha kiváló, bőséges és változatos, amit ne hagyjanak ki! Az autóknak nagy és elég helyet biztosító parkolója van. Közel a szép tengerpart és a sok látnivaló. A felszolgálók és a konyhai személyzet nagyon kedves!

Cons:

A személyzet a hazaiakkal nagyon kedves, velünk "idegenekkel" nem voltak azok. 16:30-kor volt a check-in, de már aznap estére nem engedték teljes ellátás keretében a vacsorát! A megjelölt érkezési idő a foglalásnál 17-18 óra között volt, nem fogadták el a voucherben leírtakat sem, ÉRTHETETLEN! Chek-out után nem akartak számlát adni! A Bookingnak ezt 2025.09.12-én leírtuk, de panaszunkra nem válaszoltak (azóta sem)!

Rozczarowujący hotel
Pros:

Blisko hotelu była ładna plaża, hotel miał darmowy parking, hotel oferował posiłki bezglutenowe

Cons:

Niesamowicie rozczarowała mnie oferta "all-inclusive" dalece odbiegająca od standardu tej usługi w innych miejscach. Hotel nie oferował napojów alkoholowych, żadnego jedzenia poza 3 posiłkami na dzień, posiłki nie były podawane w formie bufetu, tylko wyboru jednego z 2 dań dostępnych na karcie. Większość obsługi nie potrafiło mówić po angielsku. Zdarzyło sie że ktoś z obsługi zaglądał do pokoju przez okno, kiedy byliśmy w środku, albo że sprzątaczka weszła do pokoju bez pytania (również kiedy byliśmy w środku). Jakość wifi również była rozczarowująca. Internet cały czas sie wyłączał i był bardzo wolny.

Una bella scoperta
Pros:

Struttura davvero bella e curata, camere dotate di ogni comfort, area giochi per bambini, la colazione ricca di prodotti e in più ci hanno preparato una crêpes con la cioccolata al momento; staff molto gentile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente l’estate prossima!!

Cons:

L’unica pecca per me è stato l’orario della colazione, era possibile farla fino alle ore 9, in altri posti solitamente l’orario è fino alle 10

Terrible
Pros:

Some staff is nice, but not all. The beach and the sea are nice also.

Cons:

1. this resort is not finished. There are works still going on, building material is left randomly at the property. Roads around individual houses are not finished. One day we were without electricity and hot water. They brought in the oven for pizzas, but did not have time to install it.
2. there is lot of disorganization between staff. Almost everybody is doing a bit of everything. Staff does not wear uniforms, so you don't know who is who
3. food is repetitive and there is little choice. For lunch and dinner there is always one meat meal, one fish meal and three sorts of pasta and lots of salads, side dishes, pieces of pizza baked in microwave and deserts, which are same every day . Meals were often served late (sometimes even 45) minutes without reasonable explanation
4. some people bring their small dogs into the dining room, nobody from the staff did anything about it
5. you need to pay 50 EUR/person/week for animation, which is in Italian language, so useless for people that don't understand it. But you have to pay for it anyway
6. they claim that resort is on beachfront, but beach is about 200m away and you have to cross a busy state road to get there with no pedestrian crossing in sight
7. when we left, we forgot something in room, but we were not informed about it, until we realized this ourselves and asked property to check it. If we did not ask, who knows if we would get it back. It took them more than one week to send it and they asked us to pay for the shipping. It's not a problem to pay (17 EUR), but I'd expect resort, which charges more than 200 EUR per night (we spent there 7 night in total), to send it gratis.
8. WiFi was working badly
9. Way overpriced. More than 200 EUR per night for a resort that is not finished, serves below average food and looks disorganized. Whoever assigned this resort 4 starts, needs to have his head checked urgently.
10. Avoid this place, they should not be allowed to operate to begin with.
