Amazing breakfast, baths are relaxing and clean.

Cons:

Staff is too inflexible about early check-in and late check-out. Also, things like inner tubes and cues for billiards should be included. Why no elevator??? This is inaccessible to many :(

プールとお風呂が最高でした。
Pros:

プールとお風呂が良かったです。ホテルのチェックアウト後もプールが使えるもの良かったです。
平日に行ったので比較的空いていたのも良かったです。

Cons:

ビュッフェの朝食がおいしくなかったです。

Pros:

The European themed onsen facilities were incredible, both the public areas and the rooms felt palatial, was very comfortable, separated toilet/shower areas in the room which is a rarity in Japan

Cons:

It feels like quite a walk from the anex wing to the onsen, but the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms in the annex is well worth it

渡り廊下に対応が必要！
Pros:

1泊朝食付きで入湯税も払い、駐車場利用金も入れて2人で2万円以下で泊まれるのは、安い！と思いますね。夜は通天閣の付近にある串カツ専門店をチョイスしてと…。
只、スパワールドのサイトから予約をしてないのでスパのポイントは付かないですね。入館してからのリストパンドでチェックしたのは、決済の時に精算機でポイントが付きますよ、但しスパの会員登録がある方のみですがね。
新館、本館に入る時も宿泊者其々に渡されたカードで、リーダーにタッチしないと自動扉は開かないし、もし扉が出入りで開いた隙間に入れてもエレベーターも乗り込んでもカードをタッチしないと行き先階層のボタンも押せません。新館に宿泊しましたが、当然部屋もタッチしないと開きません。セキュリティーは完璧では有りませんが言い感じですね。紛れ込む人の対応が出来れば完璧ですね…。

Cons:

入館時に自家用車で、事前に予約をしていて入りましたが、場所が解らず出口ゲートの先にある受付で聞こうとしましたが、対応できる人が1人だけで、別の人が数人居ましたが私達は関係ないと言うゼスチャーで、其の1人の人に言いに行ってくれましたが、電話対応中で電話が終わったら別の窓口の人の対応をして、やっと此方に来てくれました。時間にすると5～6分待たされましたね。1人は駄目でしょう！もし何か起こった時にどうするの？危機管理が全然出来てませんね。又、本館、新館に向かうときに渡り廊下（橋）が有りますが、横板半分で其の上は良くあるネットが設置されてますが、其の渡り廊下の部分が宿泊した日が雪がちらつく寒い日でしたから...。当然雨が横殴りで吹き込めば廊下はボトボトになりますね、廊下だけでなく宿泊者、従業員も。宿泊でチェックイン後は館内服で素足で歩きますから其の部分で足の裏が黒くなりますね(
吹き込むホコリ等で)。何らかの対応が必要と思う。

I like the pool area and the breakfast as well was very nice.

Cons:

I didn't like that in the picture of the room I booked, it showed a pink room so we booked it cause my birthday shoot in the hotel was pink themed but then when we checked in, we received a green room. I called the customer service for room change and they said they can't. They couldve uploaded an actual picture in the App where I booked. Which is the Booking.com.
