it was a fun experience, the breakfast was fantastic.
Pros:

the pools on the roof are amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. It was nice to walk around with no shoes on all the time.

Cons:

the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and there are extra costs for things that are not included in the accommodation fees such as going on water slides.

住宿體驗整體而言超乎預期的棒，但仍有幾個小問題希望可以改善，期待下次旅遊可以享受到更好的服務。
Pros:

位在通天閣附近的溫泉度假飯店，作為大阪自由行的第一站和休憩場所相當完美。
館內有大型的溫泉浴池設施，可以充分體驗到日本的大眾澡堂文化，加購的岩盤浴體驗尚可，但性價比滿高的。
房間本身相當乾淨整潔，備品也提供的很齊全。
飯店附的早餐以日式早餐餐食為主，沒有大魚大肉但仍然吃得相當滿足。
除了通天閣外，出門就可以抵達ドン・キホーテ和地鐵站，可說相當便利。

Cons:

員工們的服務態度都很好且友善，但作為有接待中文旅客的前提下若有會說中文的服務人員會更好。
第一天向櫃台人員反應館內服過小的問題後沒有獲得改善，是隔天再向另一位人員說明才解決問題。
退房時使用的手環結帳機台因未知原因不收受我的信用卡(在我五天四夜的日本行中是唯一一次發生這種情形)，稍微影響到我回國的行程安排。

The property fails to mention that you are not allowed to wear shoes or slippers inside the hotel anywhere and roam around bare feet. The size of the rooms is so small that cannot open even a single bag, and there is not storage provided inside the rooms to even keep your bare minimum stuff. Four as in 4 only, hooks are given to hang your clothes, storage for shoes and bags is given in lobby ( which, to be noted is located in the other building, (so you will be busy doin to n fro to your rooms) theres no phone in rooms provided to connect with the reception for any reason, we were travelling with kids and we requested them for a bigger room with some storage (we were ready to pay the difference amt) but they are so set in there rules that they can not change the rooms. Over all it was a very pathetic and hectic stay.

お陰で楽しい大阪旅行になりました！

この値段で朝食付き 施設のお風呂は、充実してるし
2泊では、施設は満喫できず、あと1泊して、岩盤浴とかもしてみたかったです。部屋は、狭かったですが
新しいので◎！今回は、大阪食い倒れがメインでしたので不自由は、なかったです。友人もかなり満足してました。手配した甲斐がありました！

Cons:

私たちは、ギリ理解ができましたが、施設内の移動や精算、エレベーターなどQRコードのリストバンド、カードキーなどを利用しての館内なんで高齢の方には、難しいこともあるかも。
チェックアウトの際フロントの説明がなく1人のQRで精算機で精算して、出口に進んだら、もう１人は、出口で出れなく、また精算機に戻ったり。。。フロントでちゃんと説明して欲しかったです。

スパ内にホテルがあって、スパを利用できて、お得だった。
お部屋が綺麗で、かわいいかった。館内着も楽で、スパで取り替えられるのが良かった。バスタオルやタオルも、部屋から持って行く必要なくてよかった。

良くないとも言えないが、ホテルの部屋のトイレには、スリッパが欲しかった。

A lot of things to do, food court, entertainment, spa and pool great location near osaka tower and main touristic atractions

Cons:

Maybe the rule of not shoes in all the hotel you have to leave your shoes at the entrance most places in japan leave it only for the room here is all the hotel a little bit inconvenient
