Pros:

宿泊したら泊まる当日と次の日スパワールドに入浴できてすごくお得感アリでした。

Cons:

チェックアウトした時間帯と入浴できない時間帯がかち合っていて1時間ほど待ち時間があり入れない時間帯が違う時間ならよかったと思いました。

Overall great experience, enjoyed the onsen facilities, for not much money.
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, vast onsen area with lots of options (asian zone).

Cons:

Not necessarily a bad thing, but there was an overwhelming amount of information/guidelines to read through when first arriving. Very thorough, which is also a good thing.

通天閣が近く観光に便利
施設内も温泉、プール、食事処、ゲームセンターと、子供連れにはとてもよかったです

チェックアウト後の施設利用は可能なのに外出は禁止なところ

Cozy and clean!
Pros:

We liked the pool and water slides- although some of the equipment looked dated and old. It could have used a new coat of paint.

Cons:

The roof top pool was too hot to sit in and relax with the skyline

子連れ、雨の日には観光できなくても楽しめる宿
Pros:

QRコード管理で支払いも最後で楽だった。

Cons:

プール利用が出来たが、子供は水着を借りれても、大人がスク水しか借りれず、結果持っていくか購入しなければ子供と入れない。借りればいいや、と思っていたのが誤算でした。せめて普通の形の水陸両用の服を用意して欲しかった

Pros:

昨年は新館、今年は本館に泊まりました。
本館のお部屋はバスタブ付きで広くてローテーブルとチェアなどもありゆっくりとくつろげました。
朝食のバイキングは種類も豊富にあり、和洋どちらもあるので満足でした。
夜も静かでゆっくりと休めましたので、また利用させて頂く予定です。

Amazing value and services!!
Pros:

Brand new or newly renovated room; awesome onsen and spa services; location near train station, convenience store, Don Quijote, and Shinsekai area; breakfast buffet included with room; I forgot my phone near exit and later found it at reception desk

Cons:

Lobby area in new building smelled of cigarette smoke; although short distance… having to walk from main building to new building in the cold as it was not enclosed; slippery floors and loud running children in Onsen area.
