Die Lage ist toll!

Cons:

Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht. Zwote Zimmer war für Zwei Kinder und eine Erwachsene. Wir haben aber nur zwei Kissen und zwei Bettdecken bekommen, auf die Nachfrage für weiteres Kissen und Bettdecken, war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr desinteressiert und unfreundlich. Wir haben keinen weiteren Kissen und Bettdecke bekommen. Bei der Buchung wurde ich gefragt ob wir Zusatzbett brauchen, darauf habe ich Nein geantwortet, deshalb bekam ich keine weitere Kissen oder Bettdecke. War sehr enttäuschend, insbesondere die Reaktion der Dame an der Rezeption. Die Kollegin die wir Mittags dort angetroffen haben war dagegen sehr freundlich und nett. Um 15:00 war einchecken, aber vor dem Eingang konnte man sich nicht hinsetzen, die Sitzplätze waren nicht sauber, die Tische auch nicht.

Good quality hotel in a very pretty environment.
Pros:

The location is beautiful and the quality of the hotel and its rooms and facillities is excellent. The food was good, though the service was ok rather than great. Staff were nice and friendly just seemed a little less proficient than the venue itself. There were activities - rafting, walking, quadbikes and some weird boat ride round the lake (seemed more a children's activity really). All good but the food/evening offer just seemed a little limited - fine for one night.

Pros:

The location was very peaceful, surrounded by nature with a flowing river nearby. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and there were activities for children, as well as opportunities for walks and dining. Since we were traveling with a pet, we were accommodated in a separate building with four apartments. This was not an issue at all, as we had our own terrace and plenty of space to walk the dog. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming us and seeing us off with a smile. The restaurant was also quite nice, offering local food and very friendly waiters. On site, you can rent quad bikes for an additional fee and enjoy a 25-minute guided tour.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was the condition of the separate house where we stayed. There were many cobwebs on the windows and dust on the wardrobe. We could also hear the neighbors walking above us, as the floors were very creaky. In addition, the bed was too short for people taller than 180 cm. The swimming pool had a strange, unpleasant smell, almost like kerosene. Also, when going to the spa area, we always had to ask for extra towels, as none were available inside. And although there was a river right next to the property, the beach was located on the opposite side, so we didn’t really have the chance to swim or sunbathe.
