Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig, idyllisch am Fluss und Wasserfall. Ein wunderschönes Gelände mit vielen Details, aber in die Jahre gekommen und leider säuberungs- und reperaturbedürftig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen haben uns Kleinigkeiten, welche man leicht hätte beheben können. Zum Beispiel haben im Zimmer nicht alle Lampen funktioniert, die Badezimmertür ließ sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen, der Handtuchheizkörper war voller Rostflecke und wenn man den Wasserhahn öffnete, hatte man gleichzeitig eine Dusche, da der Perlator fehlte.
Das gesamte Außengelände ist wunderschön, aber leider an vielen Stellen reperaturbedürftig. Manchmal hätte es einfach gereicht, den Schmutz wegzuräumen.

The location and facility are beautiful.

Cons:

Our reservation via Booking did not come through, and we were promised a discount, which did not materialise. We got accomodation in a little house, which was fine, the staff promised that we would get a discount but we were charged a bit higher than we booked. A lot of misunderstandings, so if you book, call the property to make sure your room is reserved.

Posizione sul fiume perfetta per escursioni, ristorante in loco buono e comodo ma c’è di meglio, villaggio e grande e tenuto bene, camere pulite e spaziose.

Cons:

I cani sono accettati solo in specifiche alloggi nonostante questo non sia specificato su booking, abbiamo dovuto fare upgrade alla villa con jacuzzi per il doppio del costo, la jacuzzi spesso non funzionava come si deve e non hanno saputo sistemarla, la sauna interna non funzionava, l acqua della jacuzzi comune era fredda.

A késői reggeli és a borzalmas ágy és az étkezési lehetőség szűkössége. A river view fekvés csak river side volt, egy másik épületre néznek a szobák. A légkondicionáló hőfoka nem szabályozható, nem hűtötte a szobát. Nem ezt igérte a Booking

Cons:

Posteljina na krevetu prekratka (spavaš na golom madracu). Iznad umivaonika polica zbog koje se ne može normalno umiti i oprati zube. Vrata od tuš kabine skrivljena i zapinju za pod. Paučina na sve strane. Doručak loš, Jacuzzi je rupa sa začepljenim mlaznicama i hladnom vodom (prastara improvizacija). Traka za trčanje rasparana i neupotrebljiva... Sve u svemu zapušten objekt u prekrasnoj prirodi sa simpatičnim osobljem.

Uz nekoliko stvari koje bi se mogle poboljšati, ćemo ponovno doći jer je boravak na Uni nezaboravan.
Pros:

Lokacija nam se jako svidjela, osoblje je bilo ljubazno i susretljivo, a boravak miran i u skladu s očekivanjima. Doručak je bio odličan, a poseban doživljaj je svakako boravak uz Unu.

Cons:

Čistoća bi mogla biti na višem nivou – primijetili smo paučinu u liftu i oko prozora. Plahte nisu bile na elastiku pa su se tijekom noći stalno izvlačile, frižider nije radio, a umivaonik u kupaonici je prilično uzak i nepraktičan.

Nagyon szuper volt minden! Tisztaság, rend, finom reggeli, kedves szélyzet, gyönyörű hely, kristálytiszta ,de rendkivül hideg Una folyó, csadoros nők... Szóval jó volt!👍

Talán... Ha nagyon átgondolom... A szaunában lehetett volna melegebb és a medence vízhőfoka sem épp a melegre hasonlított! Szóval ott van még mit fejlődni, de különben minden rendben volt
