Beautiful hotel on a perfect location in Suzhou
Pros:

What a beautiful Hotel which is very centrally located in Suzhou.
Hotel is not on the ground floor, but very good reachable with elevators. They also have a beautiful roof garden on the 5th floor.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das beste an dem Hotel ist die zentrale Lage unweit der belebten Straßen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist insgesamt gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet für westliche Gäste relativ wenig, aber hungrig bleibt man nicht. Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht und die Teebeutel muß man vom Zimmer bringen.

年に何回も泊まってますが立地が良くとても便利です。ホテルの向かえ側に新しい施設が出来てより過ごしやすくなりました！

Cons:

喫煙の部屋をリクエストしましたが珍しく禁煙の部屋でした。もしかしたら言えば灰皿くれたかもですが。

Spacious room failure of breakfast
Pros:

The hotel offers very large, comfortable rooms, which made the stay genuinely pleasant. The overall comfort level is high, and the rooms are ideal for resting, especially for short stays.

The staff was kind and willing to assist, and the luggage storage service after check-out was very helpful for travelers who wished to remain in the area.

However, communication was extremely difficult due to the clear lack of English-speaking staff.

Most importantly, the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. The quality, variety, and overall experience did not meet even basic standards. It is certainly not worth the 9 EUR cost, and we strongly advise guests to skip breakfast at the hotel and choose an alternative option nearby.

Pros:

Location, clean, spacious

Cons:

There is no aircon. Only heater, we dont get to choose and felt hot all night we. Hoose aircon but thr air always come oit as hot air. Room feels very hot and damp.. Staff aska us to open the window, but it was noisy and food smell comes in.

Die Lage war gut
Das bad war sehr gut von der Größe her und die Möglichkeit ein Bad oder einfach under der Dusche zu sein

Great value, clean, friendly staff, well connected. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Great value. Paid about €32 for a room that would be hundreds in European cities. You can hear a bit the noise in the square but that’s inevitable. A couple blocks away from the seven mile street and canals. Easy to get a cab from there to other places like Pingjiang (15min uber/didi vs 1h walk).

Cons:

It was a bit too warm and I couldn’t find a way to lower the heating. Had to open a window, 14th floor though. Speaking of windows, the toilet had a clear glass with a curtain, but certainly less privacy than usual if you go with a friend, not couple. Other than that it’s great.
