Great experience
Pros:

The hotel is located in the prime place, so it's convenient to go shopping or visit the famous places here. My room in the 10th floor; I can see nearly the whole city from my room. All was so great to me and my friends

Good location, spacious room but common area with second hand smoke + smell
Pros:

Short walk to metro station 石路. Located two stations away from SuZhou 火车站, prime location.

Walking distance to nearby restaurant and 七里山塘.

Room is spacious and good water pressure for shower area.

Staff is friendly.

Cons:

We have chosen non smoking room but it’s still surrounded with second hand smoke smell as ash tray is provided in each room as well as near to lift.
That’s hardly bearable.

Pros:

年に何回も泊まってますが立地が良くとても便利です。ホテルの向かえ側に新しい施設が出来てより過ごしやすくなりました！

Cons:

喫煙の部屋をリクエストしましたが珍しく禁煙の部屋でした。もしかしたら言えば灰皿くれたかもですが。

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das beste an dem Hotel ist die zentrale Lage unweit der belebten Straßen. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist insgesamt gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bietet für westliche Gäste relativ wenig, aber hungrig bleibt man nicht. Der Kaffee schmeckt nicht und die Teebeutel muß man vom Zimmer bringen.

Beautiful hotel on a perfect location in Suzhou
Pros:

What a beautiful Hotel which is very centrally located in Suzhou.
Hotel is not on the ground floor, but very good reachable with elevators. They also have a beautiful roof garden on the 5th floor.

Spacious room failure of breakfast
Pros:

The hotel offers very large, comfortable rooms, which made the stay genuinely pleasant. The overall comfort level is high, and the rooms are ideal for resting, especially for short stays.

The staff was kind and willing to assist, and the luggage storage service after check-out was very helpful for travelers who wished to remain in the area.

However, communication was extremely difficult due to the clear lack of English-speaking staff.

Most importantly, the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. The quality, variety, and overall experience did not meet even basic standards. It is certainly not worth the 9 EUR cost, and we strongly advise guests to skip breakfast at the hotel and choose an alternative option nearby.
