Enjoyable first visit to Isla Mujeres. We would probably try somewhere else if we were to go again just for a different
Pros:

Location was great and the condo was a lovely place to spend some time whilst in Isla. Nice to have a giant water dispenser in the room so to reduce plastic consumption. The beach was amazing but we never tried the pool, so can’t comment on that. The grounds were nicely kept and the security guys were good and friendly.

Cons:

The guys at reception could have been a bit more friendly and helpful and everyone just wanted to be tipped, but that’s Mexico for you!

Amazing place, fully recommend
Pros:

Everything, it was absolutely amazing. The location is top notch, the beach is beautiful, the pool super clean and nice, it is close to many boutiques and restaurants, the apartments are super nice and with all necessary amenities, the terrace is amazing

Perfect location, great apartment and the pool was fabulous

The bar behind the hotel was very loud over the weekend but think it was because it was day of the dead. People were singing so loudly!

Buen departamento en una playa hermosa
Pros:

Departamento muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar, te dejan 2 bidones de agua y hasta un botiquín de primeros auxilios en el baño que nos fue de mucha utilidad . El departamento es grande , cómodo con vista al mar y a la pileta. Hay para utilizar camastros y sombrillas en la playa que es muy hermosa. Todo el personal muy amable

Pros:

Good location right on the beach and also very close to town. Friendly staff. Appreciated two bedroom unit.

Cons:

Bathroom products were limited and had a budget feel. Bathroom could use updating.

The nearby late night partying made us want to stay elsewhere
Pros:

The location, right on Playa Norte, could be beat, and the Maya Beach Club was a perfect place to spend our days. The staff at both the beach club and nautibeach was exceptional.

Cons:

3 of the 5 nights we stayed had loud parties going on in the properties behind the hotel. They were so bothersome and left us in such a bad mood that in spite of everything else being wonderful I wouldn't stay here again.

Pros:

Perfect located on playa norte with a great pool and attached to a beach front restaurant. Walking distance to everything. Awesome place.

No much to cook with but enough to get by.

Love the beach the staff. And the chairs and umbrellas at the beach are included.

We had an amazing time!!! It the most amazing place we could asked to stay in

Cons:

near the property, every night until 2-4am was a party. Very loud music. that was so not cool.
We couldn’t sleep 😔. It is not a the property responsibility ( it came from a business near by) but it was very disrespectful and frustrating
