Pros:

Como siempre me gustó la ubicación, la atención en el desayuno, es como estar en tu casa. El estilo del hotel es muy lindo, con mucha onda.

Cons:

La zona del baño es muy pequeña. Los aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido.

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

No es un Hotel Boutique es una casa con linda decoración que alquila 6 habitaciones. Su nombre lo dice Casa Chic. La recepción es en primer piso. Se accede por un ascensor bien rústico que comparte el acceso con la tienda de ropa. A las 20 horas se cierra la puerta de la tienda y hay que tocar timbre. Atiende un guardia de seguridad. No hay muchos más servicios. El desayuno bien escueto se sirve en el living de la recepción. La habitación que me tocó #2 es como de barco. Tan chica que es difícil circular 2 personas adentro.

La atención de Gabriel en el check in y Lu a la mañana fueron geniales!

Lo único que no le gustó fue la cama. No me pareció tan cómoda y el aire acondicionado tenía un corte automático y cada vez que encendía y climatizaba hacía un ruido muy fuerte por un rato largo

I would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a place with character in a great location
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly Lucia at reception, who consistently went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From recommending great spots around the city to helping us navigate a cancelled flight, she truly made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable.

The hotel's location, right in the heart of Palermo Soho, is perfect for exploring restaurants, shops, and the neighborhood’s lively atmosphere. The area is quite gentrified, but it’s still a great place to start a trip in Buenos Aires.

Our suite was very spacious and clean, with strong shower pressure. While the toilet and sink area is a bit small for two people to get ready at the same time, it was perfectly functional.

The hotel's decor is, as its implied in the name, is chic. Tufted leather couches decorate the lobby and bring a lot of character to the space. The little patio in front is also a nice spot to have a beverage and get started with the day.

Cons:

The main downside of the room was the air conditioning, which is quite loud and not the easiest to turn off which could be an issue for light sleepers.

Breakfast options were somewhat limited, though the kitchen will happily prepare scrambled eggs on request.

Access to the hotel is a bit impractical as it requires someone to open it from the inside at night time (after 20:00).

Wonderful location, lovely staff, and a really cute hotel.

Cons:

Hard to find much, but the streets can get a little loud at night. Not the hotels fault at all, but maybe ask to be away from the street if you’re a light sleeper

Jazzy charming vibe, providing a confortable stay at the heart of an amazing location.
Pros:

The staff was supper nice and helpfull and the hotel has such a charming vibe. Loved the slow jazzy breakfasts and then stepping out immediatly into a groovy neighbourhood full of nice shops and places with amazing food.

Cons:

The rooms are small to the point of not having space to open a bag, specially that we had 2 enormous bags.
Another detail is the AC, although we don´t like AC the rooms do get hot, but the AC would immediatly freeze the room, it was difficult to keep a nice temparature.
The breakfast have the essencial, still I would replace one of the sweet yourgurts for a plane one as a healthy option.
