In the heart of Old Quebec!
Nothing
The staff at this hotel were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but excellent- croissants, good breads, yogurt, fruit, even crepes made to order. Location was superb- everything was nearby or a short walk. Our room facing the back street was very quiet.
The only small complaint I would have is that the pillows need updating.

Great location, easy access to the other areas in old Quebec. There is a park right in front of the hotel, and 10mins walking to the River. Breakfast is delicious, we love the croissant they made themselves, and the strawberry jam
Muy buena ubicación para caminar por el viejo Quebec, a un paso de museos y restaurantes.
La habitación olía raro y fue muy pequeña, además tenía tres escalones con alfombra la cual estaba muy sucia, el personal agradable pero poco atento y solo había una persona entonces depronto desaparecía y no había nadie en recepción, también rotaba mucho la persona de recepción.

A pet leave of mine is mounting a TV on a wall and seeing a wire or two running down the wall to the power and the cable system. This one was the worst. See photo. It was an ugly mess of tangled wires. The room was gorgeous, why doesn’t the hotel care about the appearance of their beautiful room. I am still rating them a 10.
