Great location & very clean. Small details could improve.
Pros:

Fantastic location; onsite parking; very clean. Spacious. Comfortable for a long term stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Booked for 2 people but the room only had 1 glass and 1 coffee cup. We broke a water glass and the staff said there was a charge but didn't know the price and then took too long to try to ask the price and confirm with management over WhatsApp. This was an annoying end to our otherwise positive stay because we were in a rush to leave. If there is a fee for broken dishes, it should be clearly posted in a list or paper so staff can easily reference.

Good value city stay.
Pros:

The location was perfect for what I needed to do in Jakarta. The room was big with good facilities and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space and the aircon worked fine. There is a nice balcont/smoking area on the roof with nice views of the city.

Cons:

Only one window looking into a ventilation space but good lighting in the room. The roof balcony could do with some shelter from the sun!
